Ok so my PS4 Slim is still pretty new and it just stopped working. If I try to power it on, the light blinks blue and I can’t even power it off. I hold the power button but nothing happens(Even after 7 seconds). The only way to turn it off is to unplug the cable but that doesn’t fix it. Please help?
This usually occurs if some of the solder balls under the APU have oxidised or cracked, resulting in the system not being able to complete its self-check. I think you will have to get the APU Re-balled to fix the problem.

Mine too, blue light was blinking with no power and wouldn’t turn off so I unplugged the power plug, then plugged it back in and the dang thing won’t start, only option is to send it to PlayStation and hope they fix it for free
