Hi i have a CUH-1215A, its on a safe mode loop, whenever i try any of the options on the safe mode list the console shuts off, i have tried dowloading a system restore file and a system update file and whenver i try those options is load the procees but when it says the conlse might restare severla times the console shuts off and after that nothing happens
Unfortunately, these are usually symptoms of faulty solder joints between the APU and motherboard. If it’s under warranty then definitely send it back. If it’s not under warranty then you’ll probably need to have it reballed. That all being said, be sure that the power cord is all the way in and not loose. Sorry for the bad news.
