Was just in an update ps4 turned off and won’t turn on. Just flashed blue when I turned it on then goes off. Tried unplugging still nothing. Please help
Try to get into Ps4 Safe mode. https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/get-he… If you can get into Safe Mode, get on a PC and download a full System update. https://www.playstation.com/en-us/suppor… Download the file from the New Installation section and flash it in Safe Mode.
