Chosen Solution I recently disassembled my ps4 to clean it out and put new thermal paste, and noticed that my ps4 power and disc button won’t work. (Also won’t let me insert disc) My controller will turn my ps4 on but when it turns on it makes three beeps and alot of different sounds kinda like the disc reader or something, the ps4 does turn on and work normally afterwards and I can use it normally, but can’t use the disc button, power button, or put in disc....

Chosen Solution Hi Everyone, PS4 Slim, And it had Last Saturday (22/09/17) Failed refusing to accept disks, bearing in mind it still worked, on games such as fortnight. He Decided to take it appart and we found that most likely the disk drive needed a full replacment as cleaning it out did not fix it, When it was put back together it now bootloops, and refuses to start up, continously giving an error....

Chosen Solution ZIF and LIF use the same cable. The difference is the way the connector locks onto the cable. This old thread should give you a better idea what you want. HDD to SSD

Chosen Solution I have power to Television and I receive volume but no picture on screen. @bonniemdavila start off by telling us what are the front panel LED’s are doing. Let us know if you turn the TV on and press the MENU button on the TV remote if the menu display normally. check to see if the lamp indicator is displaying normal. Let us know if in a darkened room with the TV on you see a faint glow on or around the screen....

Model: LFX28979ST Board: EBR733042 Refrigerator is neither cooling nor freezing, compressor was too hot to touch, mild dust was found in between the lines and on the fan (not enough to cause a problem). Following your steps above… I unplugged the fridge, removed the panel for the control board, check the fuses with a multimeter, disconnected the Capacitor/Com/Power connection, reconnected the fridge, pressed the reset button (I heard THREE beeps not one), the multimeter read a max of 65v for the far left and far right prongs, after 30 seconds I waited for the LED to flash but it never did....

Chosen Solution such as screen lock or something like that Well you’re replacing the “brain” of the phone essentially which stores all of your settings and information. If you swap the board it will be a completely different phone.

Chosen Solution Hi! I’m replacing my keyboard due to liquid spill. My new replacement keyboard has no adhesive/tape on the ribbon cable. I’m wondering if it is necessary to attach it to the backlight? Maybe I can use electrical tape or double-sided tape? I also wonder if I can attach the old backlight with tape? Would be really grateful for an answer! IMHO that tape is used to pull the ribbon cable into the slot, then lock it down....

Chosen Solution Do i need to replace the broken glass screen or the entire display and glass on my Galaxy S8 Active glass only repairs typically aren’t worth it unless you have the machines to do it properly, from my experience. pretty easy to get bubbleds in the loca, dirt, or anything else. just never seems to look right, so def would recommend just replacing the entire unit. It would be more practical to install the entire Lcd assembly for that phone....

Chosen Solution when i connect the charger the screen tells that the phone is charged 100% i press the power button and goes into bootloop if i don’t plug it won’t show life i tried to change battery - no power i tried to change charging port - no power i tried to remove all the connectors of the camera microphones and the bottom sensors and to power it only with lcd and battery again no luck i thing i broke it because i tried to change the main camera and i forgot to remove the plastic part from the motherboard and the motherboard was band at first it worked for about 20 minutes and turned off and i got this problem now but the motherboard doesn’t look damaged...

Chosen Solution After applying a new thermal paste on both the Intel GPU and Nvidia GPU, my Nvidia GPU start giving me this issue after working fine for an hour or so. Intel still working without any issue. For software side, have tried reinstalling the driver For hardware side, have tried reapplying thermal paste, untighten the screw pressing down the GPU, and wriggling the Nvidia GPU to see if it will change from the current problem to another problem like RGB line or laptop sudden shutdown, but no change....

Chosen Solution Slip and TCS lights on. take out the TCS block fuse then it works for abit what other ways can i try to fix or bypass this? Have you had the codes read to see if its just a wheel sensor or if its the abs pump causing the problem I can better help if I knew for sure what Im dealing with . It could be something as simple as dirt in the tone ring ....

Chosen Solution Our LG WM2077CW washing machine that we purchased at a yard sale worked when we first brought it home. But now, when you wash clothes, it will go through all the cycles no problem, until it reaches the final problem, the spin cycle. When it reaches the spin cycle, it just sits there not doing anything, which causes the clothes to just sit and soak in the dirty/clean water....

(Sadly not all user manuals are user friendly.) What it did say was that there are different call options that can be used in the dialing interface....

Chosen Solution I replaced the 1 TB HDD in the laptop with a Samsung 860 EVO 250 GB SSD. The HDD was empty, I had never put any files in it (all of my files were on the M.2 drive), so I felt no need to use magician for data transfer. I installed it correctly and then downloaded Magician to the M.2 to update firmware. Magician can find it, and I can see it in device manager, but cannot find it in file explorer....

Chosen Solution Hi Guys I recently installed new ram into my power mac G5 and it is having trouble booting up. After installation it booted up fine but the ram had not registered on the computer. I moved the cards around following all the correct RAM procedures (installing in pairs, working from the inside out, etc) I got to log in and it was on maybe 3-4 mins before I got a panic kernal(fans started to speed up to the jet engine stage) telling me to shut down the computer and I did....

Chosen Solution Basically, i had a power outage and after I got power, the LED would flash green for like a second and then go out. I opened it up and found 2 caps that bloated so I replaced them. Now it will turn on, the fan spins for a little bit, there is an odd sound coming out of the power supply, and the HDD won’t spins up. After a minute or so, the sound stops and there is just a blinking, orange LED on the front....

Chosen Solution Hi! i’ve changed the screen of my iPhone 5 but when i charge the phone with the plug it appeaears the apple logo for few seconds black screen and than apple logo agin. I’ve read it is called reboot loop.
