Chosen Solution Hello, somehow I have a folder that has around 30 sub-folders that I cannot remove using the dos commands rd and rmdir in Vista 64 bit version. I can change the names of the folders, but way down there are a few files, and I cannot delete those files and then start deleting the sub-folders. I get an error message that the names are too long for Windows Explorer to delete the files and a similar message when using rd or rmdir....

Chosen Solution I replaced a battery in my 15” MacBook Pro retina mid 2014 about 2 weeks ago. I had it closed and off charger for a little over a day and then it would not turn on. I let it charge for a day. Computer turns on with charger attached, but not battery alone. After booting up, battery indicator says there is no battery installed. I opened computer back up to check connection....

Chosen Solution Hello, I got a iPhone 6 in these days that had screen flickering and touch faliure sometimes and had white or blue lines over the screen. So obviously I replaced the screen first and turned it on and it still had some white lines over the screen. And the logic board got verry hot where touch ic’s are located. I figured it would be a bad Mason so I replaced 2 times already with new ic and also reballed cumulus and still the exactly same problems....

Chosen Solution A toy was thrown at our tvs screen. It looks ok when the tv is off… but when you turn it on 3/4 of the screen is not visible… looks smashed a little on the inside. How much is it to replace the screen? @mlane I hate to be the bearer of bad news but it most likely will cost you more to replace the LCD than the whole TV....

Chosen Solution I just replaced the battery and soldered it back on, when I boot it up it bootloops for a bit and then shows the low battery screen, does anyone know what to do? Hi I remember when I did my first soldering repair ,it was on the same generation of iPod you have and I had this issue too! Here’s how I fixed it Check the 3 battery soldering pads on both the battery it self and the iPods logic board Look for any deformity’s on it ,my issue was a couple things 1)in my case the Battery’s contacts (on the battery it self) was loose 2) make sure the battery’s cable is as flat to the board as possible 3)make sure you don’t have a cold joint(badly connected) so use plenty of flux If you need further help with it give me a shout as I know the iPod touch 6 very very well Thanks:-)...

You can also try using the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted. Open the computer with command prompts and type in sfc /scannow in the command line. you may require a windows disc to make the necessary fixes

Chosen Solution Hi! The i5-5257u Processor in my MacBook Pro 13" Retina (early 2015) has 2 chip dies on the CHU chip carrier. The thermal paste is only applied on larger CPU die. The Platform Controller Hub chip die (PCH) on the other hand is not covered by radiator and it also does not have any thermal paste! You could cover the PCH using a thermal pad and it will contact with copper tube....

Chosen Solution I removed and replaced the Toner waste Bin and now I get an error message to “Replace/Install Toner Waste Bin.” How can I clear this error? Check it’s seated properly. Please check whether the clear plastic “windows” in the bottle side are clean. The system “sees” the toner level through those “windows”. Try and keep them clean (otherwise the system will think the bottle is full of waste toner)....
