I went on ebay and got a replacement keyboard for a whole lot cheaper since my keys are sticking. Chosen Solution I just did a battery replacement using the iFixit kit and it went smoothly. However, now even after fully draining / charging for 8+ hours it displays around 85% charge. I’ve also done several resets to no avail. My guess is the battery indicator might need calibration but is unable to pick up the new charge. Anyone has any ideas on what might be happening? Thanks! Chosen Solution So after replacing the LCD screen and a new frame on my Nexus 5x, the phone works perfectly fine until I use it to make a call. The phone stays on and the call goes through, yet the screen goes off and cannot be turned back on until the call is ended by the other caller. My question is should I reassemble the phone again, or is this a software issue....

Chosen Solution Was thrilled to get a brand new Flip 3 for Christmas, but as of yesterday it stopped charging. Took the charging cable out, and out fell a bent micro-USB pin – seems like the cable itself somehow jammed it backwards and broke it off, meaning the speaker works fine, but won’t charge at all. Chosen Solution I turn on my Canon, Sure shot A2200, focus on subject, depress shutter button, review photo, then the screen goes black. The only way to get a “live” view is to turn camera off and back on. Anyone else have this problem? Can it be fixed? Have you checked the battery? Maybe it’s almost time to replace.

Chosen Solution If the old screen is lighting fine, and the new screen is not (and you have tried plugging in the old screen after, to see if it works), the issue is with the new screen. You can try swapping the LCD cable, but I highly doubt this will resolve the issue, it is likely the screen PCB which is liquid damaged inside the hinge cover. As long as you bought a 2015 A1398 model, there will be no compatibility issues....

Anyway to get card out with out removing drive itself Replacing the drive is a real pain. These machines are not easy to work on even for a pro. Try putting the machine on its side so that the drive opening is facing down and hanging over the edge of a table....

But when I was about to put it all back together I noticed a spark when I pushed down on the battery one more time to make sure the adhesive was stuck good. Chosen Solution Suddenly yesterday my spacebar stopped working as it used to. For it to work I have to really press it hard, which still not always makes it respond. The problem seems to be in the key’s plastic cover rather than keyboard itself, because after removing plastic cover and cleaning it and space under it, spacebar seems to respond perfectly with just the rubber dome. Chosen Solution @Stewart Fleming - Well the good news you have two drive ports! A 3.5” SATA drive port and a PCIe Blade SSD drive port on the back side of the logic board. The system was sold in three different configurations SATA HDD or PCIe SSD only or the two together which is what a Fusion Drive is. So in your case it sounds like you got a PCIe blade SSD based system....

Chosen Solution I was replacing charging port on an iPhone 6 and I connected the new port and tested it before installing and when it turned on it said it needs to cool down. The phone isn’t hot and this is always on and won’t go away.
