Chosen Solution When i’am trying to update my system software, “Network error ! please try again later” is the error that keeps popping up. The WiFi is connected though. Why is this happening ? Hi, When going to the Hisense website support page (see link http://www.hisense-usa.com/support/firmw…) and you search for the Sero 8 (type in Sero 8 in the search box) there are no updates available. There are though for the Sero 7 LT and Pro models....

Chosen Solution Hey, suddenly I started a weird clicking maybe a cassette sound from right side of my MacBook pro a1286. I closed my computer and opened again os. Was wiped. Still hearing the sound. As you have a flashing question mark in the folder the system is looking for the system files (Reference: About the screens you see when your Mac starts up). So either the drive has been removed or they completely formatted the drive but failed to install the OS back on....

Chosen Solution I have a iPhone 5, color white. I tried to repair/change the backcover from white to red. It did worked but the display doesn’t work. Now my question: is the display broken? is anything on logic board broken? I couldn’t test if wireless works and headspeaker, but volume buttons/standby button, homebutton, loudspeaker and signal are working.. The display is also showing up the 1:1 quality, just it can’t be “touched”....

Chosen Solution it is a parasitic battery drain. i think it might be caused by the radio drawing too much power after the car is off. rcs1055 , That could be a possibility especially if aftermarket radio install, you could remove fuses or unplug the radio/amp and see if battery drain stops using a DVOM. Use the 1st link below to see how to test for parasitic draw and a couple links for radio removal so you can unplug and check wiring,etc....

Chosen Solution Purchased the Iphone 7 and the apple battery case. Decided I didn’t like the iphone 7 and went to take it back to the store. As I was taking it out of the case it dropped and smashed the camera. I was basically told that I now get to pay for a phone that has no camera and they will not take it back. Chosen Solution Haveing trouble replacing the cable. The rear panle of the base is easy to take apart, the screen back panel has sometype of glue or hidden screws. Ple jongustavson since we do not know which screws you’ve already removed etc. I suggest you download the service manual for your Yoga from here Page 48 will explain what to remove etc.

Chosen Solution Is it possible to replace a 2gb motherboard with a 4gb motherboard? If so, suggestions on where to source? Thanks. There were only two A1237 machines that shipped. Both only had 2GB of RAM with no 4GB options. http://www.everymac.com/ultimate-mac-loo… So you would have to go to the A1304 and I doubt it will work.

Chosen Solution I just replaced the battery on my old 4th gen iPod photo. Now all I get is a white screen and the unit is very warm. Played with the hold switch, but doesn’t make a difference. Any ideas? Brian After replacing the battery and getting the heat and blank screen, I’ve just replaced the logic board ($30 approx) and my Ipod is on my desk charging normally. I trust it will work OK when charged....

Chosen Solution I replaced my shattered iPhone 6 screen myself with no problems. Speaker, camera in both directions and perimeter sensor all work fine. The only problem is my flash and flashlight will not work at all. I have restored my phone to no avail. Can anyone identify the points where the flashlight needed to be reconnected? Chosen Solution I recently replaced the LCD screen with no issues. Went in with no problems. Works perfectly but now my ZL button stop working. It was before I replaced the screen. I thought maybe I missed a ribbon or connector so I went back and took everything apart and check. It all turned out good, put it back together again and still not working. The whole board works, it’s only the ZL button that doesn’t....

Chosen Solution I’m currently having issues with a new replacement LCD for a IPhone 5s that I planned to install for a friend in her phone. However, this LCD required me to transfer all the additional part (camera, earpiece, etc.) to the new LCD. Upon reconnecting the all the cables, and before closing the device up, I turned on the phone to test it, and noticed that when attempting to fold the flex cable into place the screen would fade to white....

Chosen Solution Hi i have a question, i got a logic board A1286 mid-2012 non-retina 2.7 GHz. On the board, there are two extra sockets; one is the right side of the fan connector and the other one is above the keyboard’s connector. Mine also is A1286 2.6 GHz mid-2012-non retina same as the new board, but the sockets of mine are empty, Should i be worried about the installation? since there are no extra cables to be connected to those sockets....

Chosen Solution I have a MacBook Pro Early 2011 model. Tried everything and found MLB issue . With adapter plugged in working normally- battery charging also. When remove the adapter and at same time curser moves slowly and behaving very slow. Tried changing with Hard drive cable and reinstall fresh operating system, battery changed. Chosen Solution I’ve got this iPad with a charging problem and I think it isn’t the tristar itself. According to the “Diode Mode Mesurements”. from the wiki page, I figured out that there is only an open line from the charging port. Or has this line something to do with the battery itself? Without any schematics or boardview I can’t get any further. Before changing the tristar itself I want to be shure that nothing else is faulty....

Chosen Solution the screen is cracked and only one side of the tablet will let me touch and the other wont, will replacing the screen fix this problem This is a broken digitizer just replacing the glass is not enough. You need a digitizer as well, however if the screen is only half there, you only see and have a picture on half the screen or if there’s any dead spots where theres no picture , then an LCD will also be needed....

Chosen Solution I had my sons iPhone 8 screen replaced. It shows “iPhone is Disabled connect to iTunes” but when I connect it, it doesn’t recognize the device and it doesn’t print iTunes to open. If iTunes is already open and I connect the phone, it does nothing. He backed up via iCloud, but never connected to the computers iTunes. What next? Yeah the disabled after screen replacement is almost always due to the old screen sustaining damage inside the display (black blotches, lines, no display) / faulty touch screen which will cause ghost touching of entering the passcode....
