What items would I need to purchase ? Hi, You could purchase a laptop HDD caddy. Most SSDs should fit into the caddy with the screwholes lining up. Chosen Solution The phone got slightly wet in the rain. It was working, but suddenly it switched off. I opened and cleaned the water. But after sometime the screen went blank and the phone was continuously vibrating, with out any incoming calls or alerts. I removed the battery. When I put the battery back it automatically started and kept vibrating but without any display. How to fix it? Solved the issue - Had an issue with the Power key....
Chosen Solution The problem occurred about a week ago. When making calls I can’t talk or hear. I read that a lot of people could just use speaker and everything would be fine but my speaker icon stays gray and the iPhone doesn’t let me use it. I tried testing the microphone in Voice Memos ,but just like the speaker icon, it was grey and didn’t let me use it. I don’t know does this matter but my headphone jack stopped working just when the mic did....
Chosen Solution Hi! This problem is strangly repeating on on the second iPad I had (first one was Mini 1). For no particular reason, no changes in software, absolutely no physical influence, iPad starts to think the headphones are connected (but they are NOT). I clean the jack - no changes. Do a hard reset - no luck. Than cleaning Lightning port and doing a hard reset again somehow kicks it and the sound appears but usually one of the speakers doesn’t work properly, it’s MUCH quiter so the sound is terrible....
Chosen Solution Hello, My MacBook air a1466 randomly shuts down and then randomly starts again. I have tried all the easy stuff like open the bottom lid and disconnect the battery (replaced too), new SSD, and cleaned everything, fresh OS install, all the SMC and PRAM reset. Chosen Solution Originally, Inverter in HP MIni was bad but the LCD was still fully functional and could use the laptop just the colors were inverted and it got annoying. I decided to replace the LCD! Upon testing the new LCD replacement it would boot with the HP logo barely visible for about 10 seconds then it would turn completely black… I took apart the machine again and before putting it back together I plugged in the old screen and it booted fine!...
Chosen Solution I had purchased a motherboard from eBay at one point, and received a small square. However, I need to replace the entire green board control board, not just a piece of it. Is there anywhere I can purchase the full tablet control board and not just bits and pieces? It sounds like you must have gotten the board for one of the Joycon controllers. Unfortunately, there is no other place other than eBay where you can find motherboards for these....

Chosen Solution Can the touchpad be repaired/replaced by following the instructions for, for example, replacing the logic board, then using the techniques described for the 13" (MacBook Pro 13" Retina Display Mid 2014 Trackpad Replacement)? This is a very expensive repair to do on your own here! Sadly Apple used glue to hold the batteries so you’ll end up needing to replace them as you well. Yes, you will damage them in the process to get to the trackpad....

I left it on in my bag for a couple of hours (I’m an idiot and really didn’t handle the situation well at all) before I noticed it was overheating and I turned it off then rinsed it with fresh water before drying and leaving it overnight in a container with silica gel packets....

Chosen Solution I replaced the power supply and still same problem. Turns on fine, then after about 5 minutes the screen freezes and then goes black. I hear the fans running. I replaced the power supply yesterday and same result. I’d hate to spend $485 on a new screen and that not be the problem. Is it a heat sensor? It’s only on 5 minutes or less. Any suggestions beyond the trash can?...

Slapped a new battery in there with a new screen, still not turning on. Frame is a little bent, the screen came in completely shattered and off. I believe there is logic board damage. Chosen Solution Dropped less than 3 feet. No cracks on screen. Will power on and allows you to start apps but takes a very long time and sometimes crashes the app. Also feels very hot You may have a partial short in one of the circuits from the drop, that’s why it is getting hot and apps are crashing. If you haven’t got the equipment or know how it would be best to get it looked at by a repairer....

There’s another tiny one in the other corner. I’m hoping it’s not permanent damage, any idea what might be happening? thanks! Jason Unfortunately, this is most likely the result of subtle damage to the display. The 27-inch display assemblies are notorious for bending during removal - any uneven bending or pressure can cause dead pixels....
