Since it is new I think it’s worth repairing. @edawood the “outside glass” is actually part of your panel. There is no separate part for it. To fix it you would have to try and find a new panel

Chosen Solution I tried setting a stack of books on the iPod and other things like that, but the adhesive you provided me in my order doesn’t appear to be keeping the screen down. Is there a tool that will “clamp down” on the iPod to hopefully get it in position long enough that the adhesive eventually holds it down? Chosen Solution Sound service in windows 11 keeps “disappering” and won’t appear in services and the sound will stop. After a reboot, the service will appear and the sound will come back. As a troubleshooting task, I would create a restore point immediately upon boot when the sound is working. Then be very observant as to what is happening when it quits. When it goes out, attempt a restore. If that works, it is in the registry or a system file....

Chosen Solution I’ve changed an iPhone 6 battery twice now and it will show 100 percent capacity in settings battery and also coconut battery and 3utools. I also have a battery tester machine and shows the same thing. Anyways, after about two weeks, the battery is at 70 percent and the settings says service. Chosen Solution I actually have an A1466 model of air. A few months ago if started freezing either on startup or while your using applications, very random. I am forced to press power button to shut down and restart. On startup it will come up with symbol of folder with question mark. I have ran some test and it showed a code which talked about memory problem. Finally got a new logic board and swapped it out on the advice of an IT friend....

Chosen Solution Screen won’t let me type any thing plus now the zoom icon is constantly on the screen! I restored it through itunes and backed up all my data…. Screen at first said phone was disabled….ready to return screen if not fixed!!! I would return it, sounds like it was faulty. Contact where you bought it and tell them the issue and see if they will send you a new one....
Chosen Solution The screen works only at a very acute angle, at 90 degrees or normal upright it’s just black. This is a sign of a loose connection in the monitor. I had this issue with my old laptop, it kept flickering then eventually turn white unless at a certain angle. A little knock would change it white. when it got repaired, it was because the connectors in the monitor was loose....
