Chosen Solution Phone touchscreen cracked. Ordered a replacement off of this website. Followed directions. Replaced it. Worked great. A few days later, the display would turn black. At first, I would have to spam the lock button until it would revert back to the lockscreen. Now, that is useless. I have to cover the light sensor with my finger and press hard while pressing the lock button, and then the phone display turns on....

Chosen Solution Had a cracked screen on Lenovo Yoga 700-ISK. Ordered the correct LCD. Followed the Lenovo LCD screen replacement instructions. Once the laptop is back together the laptop powers up, fan backlit keyboard etc. but the LCD does not come on. Have tried upping brightness and blindly trying to get it to go to an external monitor but no luck. @lucy700 sounds like you are having issues other than LCD issues....

Chosen Solution My Samsung TV model: LN55B650t1f won’t turn on. The standby light is on but nothing happens when I push the power button on the TV or the remote. I checked the remote batteries and I checked that the outlet the TV is plugged into are giving power. Any suggestions on why my TV won’t turn on? Chosen Solution Anyone seen this, I just replaced my battery and screen on my old iPhone 6s plus with the two superb kits from fixit. Phone is functioning just fine, but I cannot get the screen to sit flush. The top just will not engage and sits 2-3 mm proud of the case When re-installing the screen you must install in from the top first.

And with plugged it in it gives SMC error in Diagnostic and it is slow (CPU throttle) When disconnect battery it is the same “slow” - but should it be “fast”? Just want to know if battery is the problem as no liquid damage at all. When run FaceTime it says “to wait as temperature too high” but all sensors in MacFanControl shows around 40C only....

Chosen Solution why does my computer shut off when i disconnect the charger and try to go on battery power? @jhb , Joe, It is possible the battery is faulty. Try a reset, disconnect charger and remove battery, press and hold power button for 10 seconds, and leave the laptop for a couple minutes. Then reconnect the battery and charger, and try booting it. You can also check the battery perhaps with a DVOM to see if it is holding much of a charge while it is out....

Chosen Solution Hi, I opened the Caffeo Solo for a cleanup and closed it back. Now when the motor grind, the size of the coffee grind is top big and the infusion is not happening. I tried to change the size of the grind, nothing changed. Thks Did you open the grinder? Follow this guide, open it and adjust it. This is a good opportunity for a replacement of the grindstones....

I got all the parts put in place just fine with no issues and the machine recognizes both SSDs but the one in the optical drive will not format!...

If you are thinking of replacing the optical drive then you will need a HD/SSD carrier to hold the drive. Frankly, I would recommend replacing the HD with a SSHD (HD/SSD hybrid drive) as the better option....

Chosen Solution After applying anti-static conductive paste on the iPhones 7 screen it stop working. It looks like it shorts it out or the flex is damaged. Any suggestions ? If you are getting a green screen during usage (static), leave it unplugged for a while and it will resolve itself. If you are getting purple marks wherever you touch the screen, it is probably a bad quality polariser. If the touch stops working completely, you may have slightly damaged the ribbon or the edge of the digitiser (corner or side may be missing/have small fracture)....

Chosen Solution Replaced screen. All works except about1” of left side. IPad digitizers should always be tested before install to rule out possible manufacture glitches. If it’s not been installed yet you may contact the seller for replacement. If it’s been installed already nobody will replace it, thus the only thing you can do is remove it and check the flex cable has been properly fit in position. iPads are not easy to repair and replacement parts are cheap but prone to give issues, especially if the housing has been bumped and not in perfect shape....
