Chosen Solution I know I have a really old MacBook but it’s been a trooper. So my original harddrive has finally given out and I bought a replacement? I start up the mac and get the flashing folder with the question mark. I dont have the install disk as I bought it second hand and don’t know of any other methods to get the OS on my new harddrive so I can use the computer....

My DC-In board output had starting to look burned, black on the outer pins. I had to kinda “try different angels” when connecting the MagSafe to the MacBook, to get the Green MagSafe LED to appear....

But landed in some wet mud. That got in one of the motors and cogs. I’ve replaced both it still wont go. The other 3 motors spin. I’ve plugged the new motor built up in the arm in to the opposite side motor and all moves freely....

On a white background the line is hardly noticeable but any other colour and its visible. After removing the logic board, cleaning it, reseating, etc… I got it to boot up to the hard disk twice and then it went back to only booting from the optical bay or an external hdd. Once you have your info saved then do a factory reset. This will return your tablet to is original factory state and should restore the original performance ....

The Apps are listed alphabetically, with working apps first then disabled apps. Tap to enter Download Manager. If there is an Enable button tap it then try to go online....
