Chosen Solution I can use a strong flashlight and see the screen selections in the background . I have factory reset the TV 3 times with no resolution to this issue. My kid said she was adjusting the settings when the problem occurred. I haven’t opened the TV up yet. Are there any suggestions? This should have nothing to do with adjusting the settings, so your kid is definitely not at fault :-) You’ll have to take the back cover of and check the power board or obvious damage like leking or domed looking caps....

Chosen Solution Trying to activate the phone. The screen says removed sim card. The card is in but when you try to make a call the screen says “radio off” call not sent dial emergency #. Called Tag mobile, they said to try the sim card in another phone. We don’t have another phone that takes the mini sim card. anyone with any ideas? Chosen Solution When I plugged in to the outlet, the screen says ,“All functions will be disabled” then it says" Stand by on/off resume". Then it shuts down. Had exactly this problem on a 3 year old MFC-J6920DW today - found a solution elsewhere on the net: Remove power cord and wait 30 seconds. Then remove paper trays. Reconnect power cord and switch on at the wall. Wait for printer to boot (and complain about lack of trays)....

Chosen Solution The speaker woofer connector cable connot be connected to logic board because the connector on the logic board broke. Can this be sodered. It looks like there are four tiny connections on the cable. it can be done, if you have access to BGA soldering equipment… it is almost professional machine used for reflowing GPU chips. also, it can be used for all sorts of component repair… I actually use a 3M tape (stick on top) and use 2 layers and use the cover to push the 4 pins to the logic board and it works so far....

Why is this? @steadykickin that sounds like bad caps or even Mosfets and most likely on the power board. Let us know what make and model your TV is and post some good images of all the boards with your question. Use this guide for that Also, do not forget to check the LCD driver boards, most likely on the top and side of the TV connected by some ribbon cables to the LCD....

Chosen Solution I’ve had my MacBook 2.26 GHz Core 2 Duo (13-inch Late 2009) MC207LL/A MacBook 6,1 - A1342 for going on three years this December, I bought it used through eBay and it’s been running great after numerous upgrades / replaced parts including the Cooling Fan so I know that’s not an issue. I’ve Googled what the normal operating temperature should be and it seems to be in the normal range but suddenly the range keeps changing from 104° F to 122° F ( CPU die ) with the exhaust fan running at 6200 RPM + - ( smcFanControl ) but not holding steady or dropping below that range....

I try to put one in my console and would not go into my console. Thinking a sensor or something might be dirty and it is not see disc to register it.

It may easily be what you’re seeing is the ambient light sensor. Usually enclosing a picture would help answering questions.
