Chosen Solution For no reason sound level from headset become very low - can hardly hear. Have to use speaker function to talk. Any ideas? If you have been using the same headset, and the volume decreased substantially, and the volume settings are all the same, and you have set them to the max, then you have blown a transistor. This is a hardware problem, which requires a hardware solution. Go talk with an Apple Genius - I doubt anyone else can help you....

Chosen Solution So the title says it all. It was a spill of saline solution (don’t ask). I don’t think much got inside. I dried, washed with alcohol, replaced the magsafe dc board (bought from ifixit), and tried a different battery (from the same exact model 2011 Unibody) and still no luck - battery won’t charge. Tried multiple chargers. Everything else works perfectly . AHT says logic board is fine. Local shop ran graphics and logic board test as well and it passed....

Chosen Solution Son spilled coke on keyboard. Cleaned best he could, keyboard and touchpad not responding correctly. Touch pad right button on constantly. Son replaced keyboard, everything working except does not charge. No light on magsafe connector. Took to Genius bar. Told me minimal power to Logic board and hard drive. Would boot up, but battery at 7%. Tried one of their chargers, but no light with theirs either. Was told it was probably the logic board, $475....

Chosen Solution The screen is very strong flickering. Turns then to black and greenish. It more open appears when the Laptop run on the accu. When I plug the laptop on, then it usually turns to normal. Hi @franziska_maier If there are no problems with the screen if you connect the charger first to the laptop and then turn the laptop on and use it, perhaps the battery is failing and needs to be replaced....

Chosen Solution The touch screen does not work after a software update I did a software update on my iPhone XS and now the touch screen does not work. It has the original screen on it. Chosen Solution I understand this chamber needs to be air tight as it is under pressure. Smoke/exhaust came from head at first re-start. Ran it for one minute and shut it off. What now? Easy fix? Repairable but difficult and expensive? Don’t worry about it, it will be fine? Replace the head or junk the engine? If you can provide a photo of damage it would help get a more definitive answer....

Chosen Solution Did someone know the dimensions of an IPhone 7 battery or is it possible to put an iPhone 7 battery into an iPhone 6? It’s not the dimensions that make the difference , it’s the connector. The connectors for iPhone 6 and iPhone 7 battery are totally different. The wattage/hour is also different. They are not compatible each other. iphone 7 battery fits the 6s but you have to bend the cable slightly as the iphone 7 battery has a longer lead

Chosen Solution Hello all, I have an older MSI CR61 3M Laptop and apparently I have a bug (a real creepy crawler) in my screen. It is not a dead pixel, it is 2mm long. Chosen Solution I replaced my display with an Ifixit replacement part and I did put in a new battery. Everything worked fine (it is the 3rd time on this phone) After a while I realized, that the display was showing some flickering which can barely be noticed. I turned the brightness up and down to see if it would went away and then it got so dark that I couldn’t turn it bright again....
