Chosen Solution Hi, I have a late 2016 13” macbook pro (function keys) with a bad logic board. With some research i found that the 2017 version is almost identical with an updated CPU and GPU. A replacement 2016 board fetches a similar price online so I was wondering if I could replace the board with a 2017 version (also with function keys). thanks! Yes! They should be interchangeable. I have tried a new battery x4 and charging ports x4… it says that the phone is charging but the “26%” is just standing on 26%. Chosen Solution The screen is black and white when playing Hi Allposition, A GameCube can display black and white when the video cables aren’t hooked up correctly. Most GameCube cable harnesses have composite cables, component cables, or some combination of the two. If you inadvertantly mix up these connections, the video will display incorrectly. I’d check the back of your TV to make sure your system is wired up correctly. If your setup is correct, you might actually have a faulty cable harness....

Chosen Solution screen has crack marks on it but still lights up. looking for a replacement screen m50-c1 @vizioscreen it is almost impossible to find a replacement screen. If you do than it is going to cost you more than a new TV. A viable alternative will be to find the same model TV that has other issues than a broken screen and harvest that from there. You can of course always do a search....

Chosen Solution @refectio i bought a liquid damaged se the other day and recieved it this morning. on dc its drawing over half an amp which i would think would be enough to show the apple logo. testing for shorts i found that PP5V7_SAGE_AVDDH is short to ground, i removed c4323 and c4005 as they are the areas that looked a bit damaged. so having no image don’t even think i have backlight but havent checked that im guessing that chestnut could be the culprit but i dont really want to remove it unless i need to....

Hi Linda, The only way to tell for sure the amount of damage and to keep more from happening is to remove the head and look. If there is metal floating around the cylinder it could be scoring the cylinder walls or damaging valves. Not getting it looked at could lead to big repair bills down the line....

Chosen Solution I have tried watching some of the videos on power supply repair but I do not have a meter to check the right positions for the position meters correct position @gwynn68 you will at least have to invest in a multimeter to get this accomplished. If you do not have a meter, you cannot do it.

Chosen Solution Number keys on the top row, one thru nine, and their symbols, exclamation point over to asterisk, won’t work. Toggling the number lock f6 key does turn the numeric pad on and off, but not the shared numbers six-seven-eight. But 4-5-6 and 1-2-3 do work with the numeric pad along with the side symbols. Few days before my led tv starts to show some purple spots. 1 at right bottom corner thats the most noticeable 2 on middle of the screen smaller ones and 1 left bottom.the are like a small tints.
