Chosen Solution I broke a glass and it got in the disposal and jammed it. My hand is to big to get in there to clean it out. Is there a way to clean it out or do I just replace it? Do you have a wet/dry vac? If you’re afraid of getting the glass stuck inside of the vacuum, use some panty hose and put them on the end. Most disposals are fairly easy to take off....

Chosen Solution I had a defective logic board that caused my mac to have no sound and it would randomly restart. I replaced the logic board and now finally have sound but to my dismay, when I booted to macbook, the screen was mostly white. I waited for the apple logo to show and it never did? I noticed that if I look at my screen from another angle I can see faint lines so i had a hunch....

Chosen Solution unit doesnt work something seems to have burnt out Kevin Currivan, If under warranty, return for repair/replacement/refund. If not under warranty use the link below to dismantle the device and check the cord/parts for burns/wear/damage. If the cord is burnt off, cut off the bad section, strip insulation enough to reattach with similar wire nuts. If it is a different part that is damaged you can do a search for Magic Bullet NutriBullet replacement parts....

Chosen Solution Hello! The TV in question is actually the un55ks800df model, however ifixit wouldn’t let me select that so I figured this one is close enough. It is not curved and it is a UHD TV from 2017 I believe. Now suddenly the screen is constantly flickering in purple and pink, the picture is at the same time jumping around, the lines making up the screen jumps at different directions, making it impossible to use. Chosen Solution I’ve replaced the screen on a friend’s 6S but now it’ll only turn on by booting/ rebooting - it won’t turn on from standby using the power button/ for incoming calls. I’ve updated to the latest version of iOS but the issue is persisting. Has anyone had a similar issue? Chosen Solution I got sent a mac which had the U5860 temp sensor torn off along with all the pads on the board. It would take ages to boot if at all and the fans where spinning flat out. I turtled the chip, ran 9 jumpers, masked the chip and jumpers and installed the board back into its housing. I have tried all the resets. · The mac boots straight up but the fans do not spin · When I run the diagnostic check it will spin each fan separately · The diagnostic results show no problems detected....

I tried opening the ‘phone to see if there was a way to put a SIM card adaptor in it with the SIM card in it. No luck. Can you please tell me where I can buy a new SIM card tray? Chosen Solution What could cause the sim tray from not closing all the way (flush)? Possible dirt in the sim tray hole, or misshapen sim tray. It could also happen if you’ve taken the logic board out and haven’t put it back in correctly. :-)

There were a few issues, at first it didn’t play, but I heard the motor running and figured I needed to change the band/belt, which I did, I just used a rubber band the exact same size, not sure if this is a good fix, but it worked, the tape was playing…momentarily, then it started eating the tapes, which I also fixed, because it just needed a cleaning, and now, the only issues is… the supply reel isn’t moving when in play mode....

While I was transferring the shield plate to the new screen, I was thinking to myself. “This repair can’t go smooth.”. Then I noticed that the battery wasn’t disconnected (The phone was off though). After I slapped myself in the face for being so stupid, I disconnected it and continued with the screen transfer....

Chosen Solution Between taking my daughters phone to the Apple store, and ordering from ifixit, I went the ifixit route. Unfortunately, under settings/battery it says “This iPhone is unable to determine battery health. An Apple authorized service provider can service this Battery.” Is this more of Apples shenanigans? I didn’t have this problem with a cheap Chinese battery from eBay. That battery started to bloat, and dropped in performance rapidly, but it still displayed its health, unlike this ifixit battery....

Chosen Solution Can anyone who has successfully replaced the lightning/headphone port on their iPhone 6 give any advice on successful installation? After replacing mine cell reception was poor (often have “No Cell Phone Service” as the top battery consumer) and iFixit diagnosed it as a faulty replacement and sent me a 2nd replacement. I installed that and ran into the same problem again. They’ve now sent me a 3rd replacement part, and before I attempt to install it I’m hoping someone can provide tips from a successful install....
