Chosen Solution the screen itself has no problems, but when i lift it open more then 90 degrees it will turn off. sometimes i can get it to stay on if i wiggle the screen back and forth a hundred times. is this a hinge, or a switch that can be replaced or cleaned? This sounds like a faulty inverter cable, which is fairly common with MacBooks. Relatively inexpensive, but somewhat difficult fix....
Chosen Solution When removing the glass with the suction the glass came off however the shield plate stayed in and is stuck inside when it’s supposed to come with. Any advice would help thank you. Metal shield is screwed with frame that keeps the lcd in place. You should use something like this to lift it up from the housing: iSesamo Opening Tool
Chosen Solution So this has nothing to do with the 3.5mm cable but the speaker itselft. My left speaker crackles and pops when i move around. Very annoying to listen to music and walk since music on left side stop and crackles. I went to a repair shop and they said if they try any harder they could break the whole thing! Don’t know what to do now. Any suggestions? Would local apple shops be able to fix this?...
Chosen Solution Just replaced the 30 amp fuse to the sunroof, the motor runs when I hit the switch, but won’t open. @mp5beauty , tabbeycard, Sounds like a stripped gear on motor or broken linkage if motor working and sun roof not opening. Chosen Solution I’m attempting to remove the hard drive from this external hard drive to convert it into an internal drive. I removed it from the case and put it into my hard drive bay with a SATA connector and windows wants me to format it claiming that it cannot access the files, however through the USB interface with the hard drive connector provided it recognizes all of the files correctly....

Chosen Solution I have a Sony CFD-31 that is dire need of belt replacement. I found a logical “path” for both belts by lining up the pulleys with the motor drive pulley. All functions are now normal with the exception of tape speed, which is too fast. Obviously I have missed something with my belt routing but I am unable to find any reference to belt routing for this model. Help …....
Chosen Solution Dan, if the LED on the control board is blinking 3x you need to check the compressor. The board is doing what it’s supposed to do-stop voltage to compressor. Sometimes the relay on the side of the compressor is the problem. It’s not and expensive part to replace, so even if it doesn’t fix the problem your not out much money. If there is a little black box on the side of the compressor, remove it....

It keeps jumping between full and half screens, sometimes jumping to a blank screen that says “No recently launched apps.” It’s like someone else is controlling it. Chosen Solution My Samsung 60” UN60H6350AF suddenly failed - no picture, no sound and no standby. I checked the PS board BN44-00705A and found if I disconnect the cable to the main board (CNM803), the backlights go on. With main cable disconnected voltage on CNM803 Pin4 (BLU_ON) is 3.2V and Pin 6 (PS_ON) is 4.4V - both seem low. I replaced the main board and tcon boards but same issue remains....
Chosen Solution Working on an iPhone 6 plus for a customer. The screen responds just fine when plugged in but not seated into the frame. I’ve tried multiple screens, same issue, I can’t find any points for it to short, the cables seem to be seated firmly, I can’t find any bends in the frame. Is this perhaps touch disease?
