Chosen Solution Hello IFixit, This does not happen often (once per 1-3 weeks) but when I flip on my cover and wake up the Macbook, it would go to a spinning wheel situation and won’t let me type my password. Have anyone encountered a similar problem? P.S: I’m on El Capitan 10.11.6, didn’t upgrade to Sierra because of incompabilities. Chosen Solution Hi I noticed the standby light was blinking and didn’t think anything of it. I pressed the power button and it stopped. Then I noticed it again. Not thinking much of it, I unplugged the tv and plugged it back in after about ten minutes. Unfortunately, I didn’t know at the time that you can count the blinks for an error code. Sort of a moot point since I cannot proceeded a number of blinks other than the fact that at least there were blinks prior....

Cht sensor twice temp gauge stays below the c it idles high when first starts check engine light came back on this has just start a couple of days ago everything was working fine until then any ideas Update (07/05/2016) When u first start engine the gauge moves to the c then drops back down @jdarnold remove the sensor wire and ground it, the temp gauge should move to HOT....

Chosen Solution With ifixit replacement battery in, the phone goes into a boot loop when the charging cable is plugged in. Without a cable it won’t boot at all. The Apple logo shows up for about 5 seconds and then it reboots. With the old battery back in, phone still works fine. Bad Battery, or is there a procedure I just haven’t found or read about? That’s bad luck, a faulty battery behavior matches with the one you described, you’re not supposed to do anything else besides putting it in place and use it....

Chosen Solution If i buy a replacement frame does the frame come with power and volume buttons “not flex” just button covers preinstalled @arwitdabeam . Adam Reeves, It does not appear that the iFixit store sells a replacement frame for galaxy s7. Below is what they have as far as buttons and button brackets. You can do a google search for the frame and if find one ask that seller if it comes equipped with buttons....

Chosen Solution I had a few loose screws at the bottom of my Macbook Pro. My dad decided loctite thread locker is what I needed. Well, we bought the red version. I just found out that none of the screws will move and everywhere I try research it says that a heat of 550 degrees F would be needed. Basically the screws are superglued down. I tried some nail polish remover on q-tips but it didn’t reach into the screws as I can see....
