Chosen Solution So my girlfriend was crying on the phone and it shut off. The morning she tried turning it on and the screen is fried (like an old television screen) and sometimes one side comes up and the other is fried. Still doesnt touch thought. What should i do? Chosen Solution I know I shouldn’t have, but when my JBL Flip 3’s micro-usb charging port broke, I decided to take matters into my own hands. It’s safe to say I destroyed the pcb that has the aux cord and charger. It’s unusable. Is there anything I can use to replace this? I don’t even need the aux cord, just the usb port. Chosen Solution I just replaced the battery in my iPhone X with an iFixIt battery and the battery status page shows that it has no Maximum Capacity and indicates that the phone needs to be serviced. Chosen Solution My phone screen is cracked and moisture appeared in the crack can I pour isopropyl alcohol on the crack to dry out the water @carroll1218 , i would leave leave the alcohol out at this stage. Unless you want a few more problems. You may need to replace the screen, but if you have moisture in the phone you need to open it and dry it out. Up to you but you can leave the phone as is if it is working, or try and make sure there are no other dramas....

Chosen Solution The screen on my s7 had been flickering and changing a darker color, but restarting fixed it when it happened. Suddenly today half of the screen is black, but still responds to touch. We’ve tried: restarting, clearing the cache, and booting in safe mode. Will factory reset as The last resort, but would prefer not to. Thank you! Chosen Solution I somehow got a small screw stuck in the top of my Mako Driver from my Pro Tech Toolkit. I have tried using tweezers and a toothpick to get it out, but neither worked. It is stuck to the magnet where the bits attach. When this happened to me, I cut the end off a Q-tip put some super glue on it and carefully stuck it to the screw and left it an hour....

Chosen Solution I have an IPOD nano and the screen says OK to disconnect with a check mark. When I disconnect it, it seems frozen in this mode and I can’t turn it on,off, nothing. Any answers? hold down the power and vol down buttons till apple sign appears. Worked for my 6th gen with same issue. Do a reset. I’m not sure which nano you have, but typically a reset involves sliding the hold switch to hold then back again then pressing the center and menu button simultaneously for 6 to 10 seconds....

Chosen Solution I have purchased a replacement LCD because my original was cracked. The replacement is for a1398 as is the MBP I put it in. When booting there is no light or power to the new LCD assembly. I have checked the cables over and over, all connecting fine, reset nvram and pram, mac chimes and boots but only shows a black screen. Adjusted screen brightness but no change.
