Chosen Solution TV does not turn on. Red light blinks 4 times. Replaced the P-board but no change. According to the service manual (P17), 4 blinks is P-board sos. If you haven’t already, clean up any of the water externally and you’ll need to disconnect the battery so no further damage happens. Chosen Solution I have a Whirlpool DU1055XTVQ0 that is spinning both the lower and middle spray arms, but the top spinner at the very top of the cabinet is not spinning. Chosen Solution My battery powered starter has not worked for several years. I’d like to remove the battery and cables to make the mower lighter to use. Will removing the battery still allow the mower to run? @shelbysowner , Pete try this first, unplug all the wires from battery to mower, if it starts then you Know there is no wire or safety switching that will prevent mower from starting, so battery and box will be able to be removed....

You don’t give the make and model of Chromebook. The key caps normally just snap off and if you’re lucky they snap back on but there are a couple of levers underneath that have to be aligned with clips on the underside of the keycap....

Chosen Solution Replaced battery with iFixit kit 1 week ago but battery still not holding charge. Runs down to 20% in matter of 5-6 hours, even when only using email for 30min in that time period. It is entirely possible that the battery is a dud. While iFixit sells some of the best quality batteries out there, there’s bound to be a bad one here or there. Did the replacement battery ever work properly or did it just start happening all of a sudden after a week?...

Chosen Solution I have the above the oven combo kitchenaid microwave. After hitting the start button it says “cooking” but nothing happens. I replaced all three door switches and checked the magnetron (15-20 ohms). Is the magnetron the issues or something else? Chosen Solution my galaxy s5 screen is cracked and some parts of the glass has been removed but the touch is working perfectly can the glass be changed ? Sure you can do it but I think it won’t look good even if it’s done without damaging the LCD. Always going to be some dust between the glass and LCD when glass is replaced. I would look for someone that does the glass only replacement and leave them to do it....

Chosen Solution The screen is lit (it’s not black) but shows no data (i.e. the desktop). If I hook it up to a TV I can see the desktop there and it works fine. Would this be a Display Data Cable issue? Also the right hinge (where the cable goes in) has been broken for some time. I took it apart and there is no obvious problem with the cable....

Chosen Solution I repaired an iPhone 6s screen, the display no longer turns on at all, but the phone still vibrates and is recognized by iTunes. The home button still works because I am able to turn it off without actually using slide to unlock, I can force restart/shutdown it. You probably blew the backlight circuit on the logic board when you replaced the screen. The iPhone 6S is very prone to this....

Chosen Solution i am trying to fix an SE 1st generation for use as a daily driver, 1st display i forgot to unplug the battery for connecting/disconnecting 2nd display i was careful and i disconnected the battery if i wanted to remove/install anything so i have 1 display with a broken lcd and one which bootloops the device i have run some tests with the two displays 1st display all buttons work (unable to test volume buttons due to bad lcd)2nd display no backlight, lcd or anything the phone bootloops i disconnected the front camera on both and got a similar result phone booted up on the 1st display and nothing happened with the 2nd i had concerns about long screw damage due to me just not knowing what i’m doing from what i tested i can guess its either long screw damage or a faulty display (both screens and the battery are from fixit) some notes about the phone’s condition:it was dropped several times, was used by a smoker, was used for light tasks (solitaire, mail, had a bent corner that i fixed with a hammer and a screwdriver very carefully,had a battery problem at the time i received it...

Chosen Solution I spilled a cup of water down the air vents in the back of the freezer…i can see water streaming down back of fridge not a whole lot though, and when firdge is plugged in, it makes whirring noisss and sounds like it’s having a !&&* of a time operating.. how do I fix it or is it toast? Chosen Solution My MacBook pro A1286 early 2011 I can see the HDD and the Yosemite USB come up but stuck in a white screen after the apple logo and processing bar finished. Try booting in Safe Mode by holding down the Shift key on start up.
