Start by charging the phone for 20 minutes if already charged hold vol down and power for approx 10-15 seconds. If phone vibrates or LED illuminate then you have power to the phone. If the phone continues boot sequence and you hear the boot animation splash screen but do not see any image then you can begin troubleshooting the many other causes of this....

Chosen Solution My samsung SHP-DP728 doesn’t lighten up the number pad so I cannot change the password either add fingerprints. I’ve tried pressing the REG button but it still not show the number pad. Is there any thing I can do by myself before calling Samsung supporters? Chosen Solution Hello I was fixing my I pad Air and before fixing screen was normal and I had to wait to fix it to get new parts. then after fixing LCD became very dark…..can see something but icons are too dark to recognize. Did I damage somewhere? where should I fix? This is most likely a board level issue at this point if you have tried disconnecting and reconnecting the LCD....

I got the Mini apart well enough, but when I went to put it back together, I forgot there’s a bracket on the power supply that the screw that attaches to the case needs to go through. Chosen Solution One day my Play 5 died. I suspect the pcb fuse next to the power terminal; however, that usually leads to a diode downstream being blown as well. As I can find no schematic of any kind, I hesitate to operate on this corpse without some encouragement and hopefully a tip as to which diode to test. There is a Play 5 teardown section, but nowhere to select it in the drop down “Choose a Device”....

Chosen Solution Got a no image iPhone 6s that recognizes on iTunes. No known damages (device is second hand and pictures were taken after IPA cleaning triggered red sticker), disassembled a bit and cleaned with 99% IPA, per suggestions, and removed foam/gasket around display connectors. Tried display again post cleaning of connectors and such but still no image. I have seen a few videos and answered questions about how to test voltages and such but have heard multiple times that a good “eye test” can tell you a lot....

The answer was when the coolant was replaced , The dealer said they had never replaced a thermostat in a Prius . Their parts department said they had not ordered one either . So you know not to expect any help from them. If you still have a screw you can take it to any good hardware store and check the METRIC bin screws....

Chosen Solution If the rear USB port on the pro has bent pins but when it is started the too many USB devices are connected message appears, will a replacement right angle USB 3 port fix the issue and allow use? Is there a way to stop the message or is it permanent even without the bent pins? And if the repair on the port is possible, how difficult would it be?...

Chosen Solution I know that it is simple, but mine isnt that easy, i hold option or what ever to go to the boot menu but i need a password, i dont have anything besides the mac, not the installation disk, is there anything i can do or do i need to take it to the shop so they can wipe it, and i know for a fact that my data cable is ruined, but before it was fine and it still wasnt working so i need two things, one a data cabe, two someone to help me get the password back or borrow an installation disk thanks...

Chosen Solution Replaced a cracked screen with iFixit part, now Touch ID doesn’t work. Transferred the home button over without any issues, no damage to any cables or connectors. When I try to set up Touch ID, I get a “Failed” screen. Home button works perfectly otherwise. Any ideas? Chosen Solution Hi all. I replaced a broken iPhone 7 Plus screen and the right side of the screen randomly stops responding. None of the apps on the right side of the screen can be opened. It seems to happen more after the phone goes into hibernate. A quick screen lock/unlock usually fixes it 99% of the time. But this happens 5-10 times a day and its getting really annoying. Chosen Solution My right speaker generates white noise often. Most time it get’s louder and louder and suddenly it’s gone again until it’s powered off and lay there for a while. Any suggestions how to debug that? I would guess some kind of condensators or resistance got bad. Chosen Solution Hi folks, I have another problem with my 15 inch MacBook Pro of 2015… After replacing the screen twice, replacing the logicboard once due to technical problems and replacing the lower case including battery and keyboard due to a water damage, I can’t use the right USB Port anymore. Several external USB 3 HDDs and some USB Stick working sometimes. But mostly it doesn’t work. I reseted the PRAM, NVRAM and I made a Hardwaretest, without any problem signed....

Chosen Solution My TI book DVI 800mhz makes a ripping sound at startup, the video goes out and it makes 3 beeps. I have to zapp the PRAM about 4 times to get it to run. When it does it seems to be fine. I took it to a local store that repairs macs and was told that I need a new Logic board.
