Chosen Solution I should preface this and say my phone has water damage. Dropped it in a bucket of water, finally turned on 3 days later but only when plugged into AC & it would show the connect to itunes screen and tell me my IMEI number is unkown. When unplugging it would turn off immediately (despite saying 100% battery) and when I plugged it into my laptop’s usb it would just show the apple logo and reboot as if it weren’t getting enough juice....

Chosen Solution I just replaced my iPhone battery with an iFixIt replacement battery. Now the screen is flashing on and off with the apple logo. Any idea on how to fix? I tried plugging the phone into my laptop, but iTunes is not showing the device. The battery was probably shipped with a very low charge, I believe there is some regulation regarding this. Connect your phone to an original Apple or MFi charging brick for a few hours to see if the battery charges properly and then try booting your phone again....

The process of changing out the valve seems simple enough, but I don’t normally work on AC systems. Chosen Solution I damaged the connector of my MBP’s iSight/Bluetooth/Wifi cable when installing an SSD. I’ve bought a replacement cable but as my iSight/Bluetooth/Wifi are working fine I’m wondering whether I actually need to remove the glass over the screen to replace this cable or whether it just connects somewhere before it goes up behind the screen? (more info - I think I broke the ground pin off the connector because odd LEDs in my display are flickering, causing light & dark ‘spots’ along the bottom of my screen)...

Chosen Solution 2005 GMC Yukon 1500 truck runs like it has a few dead cylinders and won’t do more than 40mph. When it gets to normal operating temperature it gets worse and quickly dies and doesn’t want to crank again until engine has cooled off completely. Just put on new coils, wires, and plugs and the problem is still there please help! @bobby1030 Is the truck throwing any codes how many new coil packs did you install ....

Chosen Solution Samsung UN50NU6900B Hello, Part of the backlight on the TV doesn’t turn on. I have no idea if it is a power supply problem or a LED strip problem. Thanks for any help! @crazypancake use a multimeter and check the voltages on your powerboard leading to the LED’s. Compare it and see if they are equal (relative). If not you know it is your power board. This does look more like a bad LED strip then the power supply....

Clean all pick up rollers with Q tip or soft cloth dampened with 90% Isopropyl Alcohol ....

Chosen Solution Hi, I replaced my iphone 6 screen recently, its been working fine since, but at times when I get a notification or try to unlock my phone I just see a black screen, the backlight shows and I can hear my phone unlock but nothing is displayed. Chosen Solution So I have an iPhone 6 that I’m replacing and the screen works fine when its not pressed into the body. But once I press the screen into the body it turns off. When I raise the right side of the screen a little bit to look back into the phone it turns on? I found 2 random screws in the phone (prob from previous repair) and removed them....

Chosen Solution I replace broken screen on my moto x 2014, and after that all workd correctly but, after few minutes when screen is set off it wont be light up again. During this i can receive sms or some chats and phone calls but screen is off. After reboot all works fine but only about a few minutes. Can i reinstall software to use wireless. Hi @robglaub , The blue connector is Audio Line In so you could attach the TV’s analogue audio out (if it has one) to it to record audio from the TV. The green connector is the Audio Line Out so unless the TV has a vga port (sometimes called PC-In) to view the PC video (use the TV as the computer monitor) along with the audio, it would be impractical to connect it to the TV’s analogue Audio In just to hear the computer audio The pink connector is for a microphone input....

You may want to see if there is a trace that extends beyond the pads but my suspicion is that they go directly through the board layers to come out the other side to connect to VR3101_RF....

Im my case, if i bypass the SMC check at booting, the system runs fine on battery, although it does not recognize the battery, fan runs on full speed, and megasafe led on wall charger connector stays off the whole time. Which is normal considering SMC controls both battery management and fan speed. In this state, computer runs on battery without the charger connected. When I run system through SMC check at booting like in normal booting....

Chosen Solution Hey all, I’m trying to adjust the speed on my PS-LX310BT, which has the same speed adjustment mechanism as the LX300USB, and the speed adjustment potentiometer feels like it’s stuck. I can stick a screwdriver into the speed adjustment hole and hit the potentiometer itself, but either it’s stuck or turning it has no effect. I’m not familiar with potentiometers in anything but guitars, so I don’t know what could be going on here....

Chosen Solution As the title says, the pro controller right analog stick is registering some slight drift in game even though the stick itself is in the neutral position. It doesn’t happen all the time, and usually stops when I correct it, but it is definitely annoying and I’d like to fix it if possible. Anyone else have this issue? Thanks in advance! Chosen Solution A waterdamaged iphone 5 came in. I removed the shields and cleaned the board with ultrasonic. I replaced the screen and the phone now turns on and works okay. Allthough the touch wasn’t great. It shutters and the screen freeses sometimes. It seems to help by restarting the phone, but only for a while. One thing that also solves the problem, is by lifting the screen out of the frame so the screen dosent get contact to ground....

Chosen Solution i have a 1st gen Macbook 1.83 GHz Core Duo. i was looking at the 2.4 GHz Core 2 Duo logic boards and from what i see they look the same. is it possible to put that in my 1st gen macbookto put Although they look the same, some of the connectors are different and are in different locations. Also, the screws/holes that fasten the logic board to the bottom case are slightly different and this can cause issues down the line, the answer is no....
