Most of us know those work but the touch does not respond. I’ve read from multiple people recently that if you upgrade or reset the firmware or something it could fix this problem? I bought an Apple Watch that had a faulty battery but when i replaced that i realized the touch isn’t working and upon further inspection suspect that the screen has been altered since it wasn’t flushed with it....

Chosen Solution Can a digitizer be faulty in “dead spots”? Recently replaced the digitizer for a customer and it works perfectly for 7 of the 8 vertical inches. When you get to the bottom row where the back, home and runnings apps virtual buttons appear - that area won’t respond to any touch commands. All else on the digitizer works fine. Or is it a possible underlying LCD issue? ETA: the virtual buttons for back, home and running apps work fine if the screen is rotated, but that “dead” section still won’t respond to scroll swipes regardless....

The phone vibrates as if it’s on, but the screen doesn’t seem to turn on, this cable seems ripped, is that enough to make the screen dysfunctional? The picture is a little blurry so I can’t say for certain but even the tiniest tears in the flex can cause issues. Chosen Solution There is a single Vertical white line on my Sony Bravia KD-X8200E.Please help!!The line is pretty hard to detect via a pic. adityak253 single vertical lines most common one or two pixel wide are caused be a failed TAB connection of the driver board to the panel. Of course it will depend on what that line looks like so you do want to consider posting some good pictures of what you see with your question....
Chosen Solution Last I checked, about a week ago. Everyone here is saying there are errors with iPhone 7/7+. After a third party display replacement. Mostly with the home button. Which I noticed quite a few articles saying the home button messes up anyways. Also I noticed cpr saying their more than happy to do these repairs. I’ve been turning away and cautioning customers. Chosen Solution I just bought a 1996 Toyota 4 runner that has a problem with the ‘steering wheel position and failure to start’. This is NOT some mechanical problem. It has to do with exactly where the steering wheel is turned. I do NOT hear any ‘clicking” or grinding of the starter. Complete silence. My neighbor helped me to buy the Toyota and he can start it every time. But, 80% of the time I can NOT start the Toyota....
