Chosen Solution I have attempted a repair on an iPad Air with a cracked screen. Prior to starting the repair, the iPad worked with the cracked screen. After the repair, which went flawlessly, the iPad would not turn on. If I connect the iPad to iTunes, iTunes recognises the iPad but says that the iPad is locked and must be unlocked before doing anything else. Hi Dion, I’m going to go on the assumption that you removed the motherboard in order to replace the USB-C connector, therefore, you had to disconnect the LCD and digitizer cables. The fact that the touch screen still works says you got the digitizer cable in right, but chances are the LCD cable (pictured below) is probably not quite in there correctly....

Chosen Solution The Airport card in my Macbook has become intermittent so I ordered and fitted a replacement, BCM94331PCIEBT4CAX. When the MacBook powers up the WiFi status indicates WiFi is OFF, attempting to turn it on silently fails. System Report -> Network -> WiFi lists the Airport card, with status OFF. Chosen Solution Accidentally had the open back on my new Hero4 Silver edition camera. Quickly as I could, I rinsed it off with fresh water. Correct me if I’m wrong, but it looks like there’s still a SATA connection for the HDD portion of the fusion drives. Is there something wrong with replacing that with an SSD? Chosen Solution the horn does not work Sam Mazzolino, could be a horn issue as well as a blown fuse, the horn relay or even the horn button itself. First check the fuse. Make sure that it is good. Then apply 12 volts to the horn directly and listen if it works. Some instructions on here If it does, you know you are having a power issue. Check the relay next....

Chosen Solution My MacBook Pro recently had its logic board replaced by Apple. Since the replacement, the second thunderbolt port works perfectly. But the 1 port does not. If I use an official Thunderbolt to VGA or Thunderbolt to Ethernet cable, nothing happens. I have tried different displays and Ethernet devices. They all work in port 2, but not in port 1. Somtimes, using the Thunderbolt to VGA adapter in the 1st Thunderbolt port will make the Mac freeze until the cable is unplugged (This does not happen in the second port)....
