Chosen Solution I cannot get the space bar to snap back on and work Hi @horsehct87 , It is probably simpler and easier to replace the keyboard. Here is a link to the ifixit guide to remove the keyboard from the laptop. As the keyboards are country specific here is a link to the service manual, (this will download automatically to your computer.) for the laptop. Scroll down to p.76-77 in the manual to find the part numbers for the various keyboards available....
Chosen Solution Ive replaced the iPhone 6 battery with one from iFixit (EU Store) and followed the guide. However the battery doesn’t seem to be charging. I have a black screen with the empty battery in the middle. It is recognising my power cable as that icon doesn’t appear on the screen. Ive reseated the battery cable, still no joy. Any ideas? Chosen Solution I dropped my phone and smashed my screen a few weeks ago. Everything worked fine (speakers, touch in all areas, screen colors were fine, flashlight, home button, touch ID, everything), just the glass was broken. I replaced it using the guide on here, and everything works fine except for the home button. Touch ID works but: Pressing the home button does nothing (feels the same, satisfying “click”, but nothing happens)Occasionally while using an app, it will exit to the home screenWhile locked, the phone constantly wakes and sleeps I’ve already reopened the phone and double-checked my work, re-seated the connections, inspected the connections and ribbon cables for any obvious signs of damage… but can’t turn up what I might’ve done wrong....

Chosen Solution After seeing your tutorial, I’ve decided to install an SSD drive on my MacBook Pro, and move the old hard drive into the Optical Drive location (thanks!). After I mirror the hard drive onto the SSD, I’m concerned that the system software and application software will not work, since the SSD will now be the startup drive. What I’m HOPING is that the software detects something else on the computer (other than the hard drive) in order to recognize it and work....

Obviously this affects the brew pressure since it doesn’t completely close all the way. I removed the plastic knob from the splines of the shaft, but I’m now at a loss as to what to do next....
Chosen Solution My Iphone 6´s speaker stopped working and I replaced it. It works fine for the first 1-2 minutes, then it stops. If I restart the phone the same happens. I already did factory reset. Any solution? Making sure to follow this guide, I’d recommend taking the speaker out again and checking the contacts underneath that connect it. Sometimes if they get fingerprint oil on them they can stop working....

I will be getting the wrist strap, but for a one of repair could i use something foud in the home instead of the mat? You can do your work on a metal surface, to which you can clip your wrist strap (clip to an unpainted part of the metal, to make a good electrical contact)....

Chosen Solution I just pulled this from my Dell Precision 7500 and it does not look like the original power supply. Any suggestions on how good it is and how to test if it works? That likely is original to the T7500. Those units were from a time Dell had issues with bad capacitors from time to time, but the issue shifted from bad motherboards to the power supply. Those are old enough to use a standard 24-pin ATX supply, but it may leave a gap in the power supply area (it’s not much anyway, tbh)....
Chosen Solution No beep no light no power The first thing I would suspect is a bad power supply. There are other things it can be but a bad power supply is by far the most likely cause of the problem. I hope this helps!

So what I’ve got here is something a friend of mine handed to me to fix since it stopped working when she tried to replace the battery, and isn’t prepared to pay the outrageous price it costs to get a replacement one. I’m not sure exactly what the car is (probably Mitsubishi based on the logo). Nor do I even know the model of the remote (please check the pictures), but JX331BA seems like a half arsed guess based on a Google search....
Chosen Solution I replaced the battery in an iPhone 4S using an iFixit replacement around April 2015. And it worked decently for a while although it never lasted more than a day and a half when unplugged from the charging cable, even with no usage of the iPhone (it’s a backup device that usually remains constantly charging except for the occasional field test). But that replaced battery no longer holds a charge beyond 4 hours from a fully-charged state as early as June 2016 (a lifespan of just over a year)....
