Chosen Solution I have removed my ODD and replaced it with the original hard disk that came with the laptop. I then put the a new OCZ Agility 3 SSD (http://www.ocztechnology.com/ocz-agility…) in the place of the original hard disk. This configuration worked for about a year however one time when waking from sleep the screen became jumbled and froze. I left it like this for about 5 minutes and after not responding, i preformed a hard reset (power button for 10 seconds)....

Took some pieces in the phone apart to let them dry, mostly covers, shields, etc. got. I’ve left the phone apart for a few weeks, just to make sure it was dry. Chosen Solution Integrated monitor does not light up If I point a flashlight I can see apple logo on startup and log-in succesfully HDMI to external monitor works perfect It stopped working after the third party HDMI cable broke when the TV did something strange. I guess some kind of discharge. Don’t know if it’s coincidence though. Since that “incident” it stopped working gradually, sometimes integrated screen would come on, sometimes not....

Chosen Solution the title says it all, i have looked at the post on here for the ipad air 1, and that refers to a faulty home button cable causing the issue or a cheap copy. i personally have never come across that on the air 1, and i have done a LOT of them. the issue i am having is with the air 2 since the screen has been replaced....

Chosen Solution Hello, So I have replace the digitizer on two different iPads now, and both have exhibited the same behavior. After replacement the Apple smart cover now affects the sleep/awake sensors from the BACK of the iPad. So when you fully flip back the cover, it will actually shut the iPad OFF. Both of these iPads used a smart cover before the repair with no issues. The first one I did, I wasn’t able to troubleshoot as the adhesive was already in place before we discovered the issue....

Chosen Solution I just change the rear case and I dont know why, the speakers and the vibrator doesn’t work. It works with headphones. I checked all the connections and everything seems to be ok. If anyone can help me it would be great. I can only begin to imagine that you’ve either not connected something properly or you’ve damaged something, during the repair. Triple check your connections. Chosen Solution I picked up a secondhand machine that I’m trying to get working again, but I’m having some issues. Initially, the steam wand worked fine but nothing came out of the brew head so I did a full disassembly and cleaned everything, including soaking parts in citric acid to remove calcium buildup (there was a lot). When I reassembled everything and ran the machine, I noticed the steam wand began leaking as the machine heated up, until the ready light came on then it stopped....

Chosen Solution I’m not able to fully close down the steam wand. So, when the machine builds pressure to steam milk - or to pull a shot - the steam wand leaks and releases pressure. My machine is only a couple of years old, but this problem has been getting worse to the point that it’s nearly unusable. The espresso I can make with this problem ranges from so-so to undrinkable....

Chosen Solution The machine works until the spin mode and stops there. The motor is ok. Even the long wash is the same - stops at spin. I tried changing the belt and it works for awhile without load. urgent answer please. It will not spin if your washer does not drain. Check the drain hose for any obstruction. also check this answer Will do everything but spin This machine doesn’t have a belt....

Chosen Solution Hi I purchased the screw extractor kit to try and get 3 screws that where stripped by Apple when they repaired my screen. I have tried all the bits but not one has worked for me. would someone be able to help me with this, I can’t clean my mac which I know is dusty inside. Booked a Genius Bar appointment and they got them out and replaced them for free out of warranty and out of Apple care....

Chosen Solution I have an early 2015 13” Retina MBP that shipped with a German keyboard. I am thinking about doing a full top case replacement with a US top case/keyboard. What I don’t know is if there are any differences in the internal cabling, or the structure of the case, that would make this a non starter. I have done replacements before, so I know what it entails.. I just want to make sure there are no roadblocks before spending $ on the top case itself....

Hi, First did you prove that the speakers are faulty by plugging in headphones/earphones into the 3.5mm socket? If the sound is also “awful” it is not the speakers that are faulty. It will be the audio section on the mainboard....

Hi, You said that you updated the driver. I assume you meant the Wireless Network Adapter driver in your laptop. Did you also check if there is a firmware update for your router? If so update your router and see if it improves your WiFi....
