Chosen Solution Roomba is on the docking station, and the lights on the Roomba are not lighting showing it’s charging. We replaced the battery and still nothing. jenpier first make sure that the contact points on the Roomba are clean. The charging contacts are under the front bumper of the robot. Clean those with a moist cloth and you can even use some rubbing alcohol on those. Once those are cleaned try a hard reset by holding the CLEAN button down for 10 seconds....

Chosen Solution I’ve had this laptop sitting around for a while and finally have some time to work on it. The screen previously did not work at all but after resting for ~10 months the screen semi-functions. There are odd ghosting lines (red typically) and the damage was done by the screen being bent too far back. I’m wondering if anyone has dealt with similar damage and not had to replace the entire screen assembly or repaired it without purchasing any parts?...

I opened it up, and I found it was the left fan. It was a loud noise, then after 5-10 minutes starts sputtering like it’s working, then stopping. Chosen Solution I have a Switch Lite with a dead screen. It powers on and you can hear sound effects when pressing the D-pad, so it appears to be only the screen that’s broken (no sign of life on screen). Digitizer works fine (i can run my finger along the screen and it makes scrolling noises). Tried dismantling it and reseating the screen zif, but still no luck. Bought replacement screen and did a clean swap following the iFixit guide, but issue persists (everything is still working except for dead screen, so i don’t think i screwed anything up) Does anyone know if i have to buy a specific type of replacement screen, or is there anything else i could try?...
