Chosen Solution Found out the hard way - by taking the machine apart - that the 7390 xps 2-in-1 apparently has the ssd soldered onto the system board. Does this mean it can not be upgraded to a larger size ssd just like any other xps laptop? How can I get a different ssd with this laptop model? Oh no - it’s true. Chosen Solution My medium weight Capilene shirt has a burn hole, with a through and through hole about 1/2" and damaged material layer about 4x6". This damage was made with an iron (person didn’t know shirt should not be ironed). The Capilene has 2 closely adhered layers of fabric and is somewhat stretchy. I’m getting a piece of Capilene to sew over the hole. Please advise the type of stitch to use to sew on the new piece of fabric....

Chosen Solution does anyone know where tiny rubber block goes . its a black square and about 1/8 in by 1/8 in ( its not the cable bumper on top of circuit board) I had also removed metal circuit board shields for cleaning. It is just a spacer that goes at the top of the logic board on the left side near the rear camera and LCD & Digitizer flex cables....

Chosen Solution My ps4 turns on but it won’t show on my tv The most likely cause of this is a bad HDMI port. This is a super common problem with these. You can take a look into the port on the back of the console…most of the time you will be able to see bent pins or pins that have been pushed out the backside of the HDMI port. The only way to fix it is to get it replaced....

Chosen Solution The rear window defogger on my 2008 Impala is not working. When you press the button to turn it on, it lights up, but nothing happens. I have checked the fuses and connections. Jim, The next step would be to verify voltage ( with switch on) to the connectors on the rear window with a Volt/Ohm meter with one side to ground. If there on one side, you have just proved the switch, relay, fuse and wiring to the window is good....

Chosen Solution I had done a home button repair on my iPhone and now, I have a really poor cellular signal. I suspect it is the blue coil loose since it looks misaligned and I tried checking the antenna cable. WiFi and Bluetooth is strong though. I have no soldering skills so I won’t bother something like jumpering it. Is there any other way? Also, if soldering is the only way, what is the difference between soldering back the inductor and bypassing it besides the difficulty in repair?...

Chosen Solution Around 2017 iMac was upgraded with an Angelfire SSD drive in primary position using OWC NewerTech AdaptaDrive bracket and OWC In-line Digital Thermal Sensor. I used the opportunity to disassemble more to access the SPARE SATA connector and connected a SATA to eSATAcable, pulling it out through the memory door. The iMac was working well for 2 years. It stopped working when wife was using it, abruptly black screen but able to restart once and again several days later but since then, upon restart, it sounds the start-up chime looping in 3 sec distance....

I’ve gone through customer support and achieved no success (obviously, that’s why I’m here) except the offer to pay a fee and send it back which I might take up that offer but I would like to see if anyone else has the same problem or any solutions before I shell out money for that.
