Chosen Solution I replaced my Nexus 6P battery for the second time (the first time it worked just fine, but the new battery was crappy and it only lasted a few months). After replacing the battery (the second time), the phone now does not appear to start up and I think the cable below the battery may have been damaged when I pulled the battery out. Chosen Solution the wood under the exterior door is rotting, and needs replacing.. it is an old door, and well sealed into the frame of the house…. anyway i can fix/replace wood without removing entire door frame?? Chosen Solution I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 G920F. Yesterday this phone dropped from my hands and from that time i can not see anything from the screen, no image. I can see the red light when the phone charging, when i push power button only the blue light responds and it’s always on, no image no sound… nothing. Iam sure the inside Lcd is broken, i can see that but i suppose I should hear the phone power on and boot even with no Lcd....

Chosen Solution I’m totally in shock. I replaced the screen last night and it was working perfectly, and then when I went to pick up the phone this morning the screen was split across the middle. I haven’t carried the phone or done anything with it. Has anybody heard of this before? Chosen Solution Computer screen only shows .Operating System Not Found. Nothing else comes up when switched on Hi, Sounds like there is a problem with the HDD (Hard Disk Drive. Go into the BIOS area and see if the HDD is detected. (to do this as soon as the laptop powers up press the F2 key. If the laptop beeps release key for only a moment and press it again. If you end up at the error message again shutdown the laptop by pressing and holding the Power button until it shuts down then try again....

Chosen Solution After charging, laptop shut down and would not turn back on. I could smell some burning circuits. I broke the computer down and pulled the logic board. On the underside of the logic board I found a burnt piece labeled “R36 249 RR2” there are several of these chips. It even put a scorch mark on the underside material that sits under the logic board. Is this a replaceable part or will the whole logic board fried?...

Chosen Solution I went way overboard with the thermal past on the cpu last time, I took apart an old computer and it had thermal paste everywhere so I figured no big deal to use a little extra. I’ve since learned some paste are more conductive, I’ve tried to get it off my fan as much as possible. ISO on a toothbrush type situation. So every time I jumped the mobo, cpu fan would spin for a sec and stop, no post, no nothing....

Chosen Solution Anyone run into an issue with a MacBook Pro that has some bad keys, but turns out to be the logic board? I have a mid 2012 15". Some of the keys weren’t working, like the ] \ ’ and Return (all on the right side). Chosen Solution I’m tried replacement the touch screen. but, it is fail. lcd dosen’t turn on. however, this will change the lcd change. The real problem is strange in software. iPad’s power turn on. but, when turn the cover back, I hear locked sound. Why is that? Smart Cover being used with magnet in it? Or using magnetised object on iPad? Probably in contact with the smart cover lock sensor. I think there is nothing wrong with the software and did you unplug the battery first before unplugging and plugging the LCD cable?...

Chosen Solution Hello, My Harman Kardon go play 2 takes 8 D cell batteries. Each being 1.5 volts, that makes 12 volts of power. Rechargeable batteries operate at 1.2 volts giving me 9.6 volts. I’ve read that some electronics are sensitive to voltage changes like this and will fry while others are not. Is it safe to use rechargeable batteries in the Go play 2? Insert a small straw(pen refill ink tube) first to guard the inner walls of jack. Chosen Solution I tried the S setting but nothing is shown in the viewfinder except a few red lines and numbers. I switched to Live view and can take photos using the display on the back. There seems to be something loose when it is shaken slightly. It is almost as though something has become unplugged under the flash. Update (10/18/2021) It show the red numbers at the bottom and a red sectional graph and the red focus point but no image....

Chosen Solution Is there a way to add/create tread on the 16” front wheel? oma.rocks if it is solid you could use an old soldering iron to cut tread. If it is not you will have to find something that you can glue around the tire. I’d get something like a Diamond Plate Rubber Mat and cut it lengthwise then glue the strips to the tire with some good contact cement....

My 2011 MacBook Pro (A1278) has been a pet project for me and I have upgraded several parts: hard drive, RAM, keyboard, hard drive cable, dc-in, etc. Then my screen got smashed so has to be replaced.
