Chosen Solution How can I fix the volume on my ipod? That is normally done by your click wheel. While a song is playing, move your finger on the clickwheel in a clockwise direction, that should up the volume. Also, you might want to check under Menu>Setting>volume and see what the limit is set at. Of course all this will only work if your click wheel is working. If it is not, let us know....

Chosen Solution Replacing upper case (Macbook Pro 15” Retina - Mid 2015)and got to last 6 screws and I can’t loosen them. “Six 5.3 mm T8 Torx screws securing the display to the upper case.” Am using correct T8 screwdriver but they are extremely tight. Any ideas? Solved. ‘Old School’. Put screw driver in screw and tapped 2 semi-light but sharp taps with rubber mallet. Then put small locking vise-grip pliers on screwdriver handle at right angle (for leverage)....
Chosen Solution I’ve read that the 2009 Macbook Pro 15" have different top cases for glossy and anti-glare versions. Do the 2010 versions share the same difference? I am looking to replace the top case for my anti-glare MBP since I spilled some liquid on the keyboard making some keys unresponsive. Thanks in advance. You can actually change just the keyboard. Definitely not an easy job but also not very complicated. Tedious is more like it. With the cover removed it looks like the display is held in place by 3 screws When you replace it, don’t forget to make a guide for the rest of us....

Don’t know why this occurred. Any ideas? Warren, the flashing LED can be an indication that your monitor is having power issues. Chosen Solution Just got a replacement screen off eBay. Came with everything - new camera, digitizer, etc. All I had to do was remove the old cracked screen and slap the new one in. Now, the screen brightness is at max. I have turned auto brightness off and tried setting it to minimum, but nothing.
