The plastic holding the hinges broke (2 year old got to the laptop) and I tried loctite superglue (not the epoxy) which didn’t work very long. I want to do it right this time. Chosen Solution Bought refurbished iPhone 4s from AT&T on contract renewal. Recently phone had a fall where front and back glass were cracked. I have instructions on replacing these components but one of the pentelobe screws was stripped during the refurbish by AT&T. Any idea on removing a stripped pentelobe screw? Suggestion #1: try a plain Phillips screw-driver #00, or the pentalobe screw driver, but after placing a rubber band over the bad pentalobe screw, so that the screw driver grabs onto the screw through the rubber band....
Chosen Solution Actually i have an 07 mb e350, w211 body type, wasn’t listed in drop down box. Trunk got wet and fried sam module/ signal acquisition module. This controls all car functions and are 3 of these which are connected to a fuse box on each. Can a pc repair shop do this repair. If the original from the car is repaired there is no need for any programming from a mb shop with the star diagnostic system....

The panel is a LTM270DL07-D01 It uses both a 30 pin and 40 pin connector(pitch =.5mm), but I’m not sure where to source these from https://imgur.com/IHbss2f. I also have a secondary issue where I tore two solder pads off from the left side of both the 30 pin and 40 pin connector, but I don’t believe there is any traces that these two pads connect to....
Chosen Solution I have a yoga tab three, and I busted the digitizer. What adhesive do I use to bond it to the tablet? I bought some double sided sticky tape, but it didn’t hold. The digitizer is already ataced to the screen I just need it to stay in the tablet instead of falling out. Thank you! Chosen Solution Hi, I done a housing replacement for an iPhone 7 but removing the sim try is very fiddly, the sim ejector does not sit flush with the housing, is there any way to fix this? On iPhone 7 there is a small black pin that sits inside the housing that ejects the Sim tray and is often forgotten when swapping housings. Chosen Solution I just fixed my friends phone and b4 connecting the brackets I did a little test run. I connected everything transferred earpiece etc… turned it on Apple logo then gone. Never to be on again It’s very important to always disconnect the battery before disconnecting/reconnecting the screen assembly. The issue is that the LCD connector has pins that have high voltages (i.e. the backlight is ~20V) and ground in very close proximity....

Have you tried connecting an external monitor the the laptop and check if there is a display on it when the laptop has booted into Windows? When the laptop is on, try shining a torch at an angle close to the laptop screen and check if you can detect any images. They will be very faint if they are there....
Chosen Solution I have a customers iPod touch 5th. The rear camera is black. Shutter is probably not opening. It’s also says the the flash is disabled until the device cools down but the device is not hot. I tried the basics of a hard reset and resetting the settings nether worked. Any ideas? Chosen Solution Hi all, The wifi and Bluetooth on my MacBook stopped working some tome ago. The strange thing was sometimes the wifi worked after startup and would just randomly stop or stop when I’d move the MacBook. (the Bluetooth stopped working and never started working again). I even got the “no hardware installed” message eventually. So I replaced the AirPort card with one from iFixit. Installed it, Bluetooth worked for about an hour and wifi just quit working as well……....
