Chosen Solution I have a 7 plus with the Intel radio chipset on T-Mobile but need to switch to Verizon. I know my phone doesn’t support cdma so I’m hoping to find out if the cdma radio exists as a replacement part and if so, if I can swap in the cdma capable radio for the current Intel gsm only radio. It’s not as simple as switching out a chip. The iOS needs to convince the phone to allow it to accept and use the CDMA components in the phone....

I’ve checked the system information and the keyboard is correctly detected and all other keys work, as well as everything else on my Mac. Chosen Solution Hi my UN60EH6000 tv is aprox 4 yrs old, since new it would occasionally turn itself off. I would have to wait a minute or 2 then I could turn it back on. It seemed that if I removed all but the hdmi plug that had the signal it would turn back on right away. now it goes off regularly, if I pull the hdmi plug it turns itself back on and I can plug the cable back in and it works for a few seconds then I have to repeat the process....

Chosen Solution Well ,the touch screen is not resposive espacialy the three bottem options . Some times the screen acts by it self without touching it. Those are pretty good indicators that your digitizer is bad. Replace the digi/display and you should be as good as new.

So ‘ivr bought a 2.5” SSD from CRUCIAL, model CT500MX500SSD1 Crucial’s website ( i did query) said this SSD is compatible with IMAC EMC 2389 ( 21,5 mid 2010) i’ve partioned itself (MAC OS Journaled), activted it. Chosen Solution After removing the instrument cluster to replace bulbs, upon reinstallation the temperature gauge failed to work. I replaced the temperature sensor as it was very inexpensive first. Grounding its terminal produces no movement at the gauge. I swapped in a ‘new’ used gauge and still nothing. When I turn the key to the on position, the gauge moves a hair only, though not always, but intermittently. The printed circuit board looks perfect without any signs of corrosion or damage and all other components in the instrument cluster (fuel gauge, lights etc are working fine....

Chosen Solution The hinge latch is broken on my Canon Powershot A590 IS can this part be replaced or fixed? alisonbforman46 when you say the “hinge latch” hope you are referring to the battery cover. that is the only hinge I know off on this camera. It will depend on where and how it is broken. Check the illustration and let us know. The part number for the cover is CM1-4575-000 and it is available (costly) I’d check for a used replacement at places like this

Chosen Solution I have a Galaxy Tab S 10.5" SM-T800 WiFi only model, and the touch doesn’t work on most of the screen and only part of the “bottom third” of the screen does. It also freezes up constantly or resets on its own. I tried a screen replacement but that didn’t fix any of these issues. I’m thinking it might be a firmware issue, but I can’t update firmware because touch doesn’t work....

Chosen Solution While trying to install as SSD, I pulled the part of the fan connector that’s soldered onto the logic board completely off. In other words, I pulled the actual socket off the logic board. Anybody know what to do now? Any advice is humbly appreciated… Common to do this on the Mac Minis. Chosen Solution I am trying to swap my 5MP rear camera from Alcatel One touch pop icon (7040T) for upgraded MP camera from a different Alcatel model, leaving everything else the same. Will this be possible? Would I be able to take better, clearer pictures on the hardware side? Will the pins, ribbon cable length, angle be different and have connectivity issues? Chosen Solution Anyone know for sure if it’s possible to replace the logic board in a mid-2012 i5 4GB ram 11" Macbook Air with the logic board from a mid-2012 i7 8GB logic board? Do the connectors match up? Would the power management unit recognize the new board? Thank you!! If it is the same year, screen size and the logic board numbers are the same (will be etched into the board, think it is on the back on the 2012 models) it will work fine....
