Chosen Solution Every time I plug in my iPhone to charge it or unplug it, the screen glitches and than starts restarting itself. Perhaps maybe get the charging port assembly replaced? Sounds like it’s faulty and causing a short circuit to the phone while plugged in.
Chosen Solution My screen is not functioning after repairs. It’s very important to always isolate the battery before disconnecting/reconnecting the screen assembly. The issue is that the LCD connector has pins that have high voltages (i.e. the backlight is ~20V) and ground in very close proximity. When you fumble around trying to line up the connector plug to the receptacle, you can short out the voltage rail and cause damage to the components in the backlight circuit....

Chosen Solution I have a customers iphone 5c and it is stuck in a bootloop on the apple screen. I tried disconnecting the battery. Soft and hard reset. Plugging it into itunes and attempting dfu mode but it wont let me get to the dfu mode reset. The most common problem is an obstruction preventing the wheel from turning the correct way. The obstruction will need to be removed. The faceplate will need to be removed to fully access the wheel.
