If the lens extracts and then retracts and the camera turns off, it is most likely that the lens is failing. You may need to either disassemble it and clean and inspect it, or replace it. I had this problem too, and it seemed that as the camera gets old, the piece that keeps the lenses open starts to get loosen....

Chosen Solution Kevin C, since you have proper voltage to compressor and it running it should be pumping the refrigerant. If I was there I’d see if the compressor was hot. I’d look for signs of oil on the compress and the lines to it. I’d look all around the condenser and evaporator coils for oil. If no oil then I’d checked the system for a restriction and see what the pressures are....

Yes it is possible to remove the stand from the iMac. It just requires complete disassembly. Look at this and find your iMac to see how to do it, but most of them come apart in a very similar fashion....

I figured out that it must be the cable since these two buttons operatin on the same cable. I replaced the cable and lock button didnt work. I tried the phone with another motherboard, button didn’t work. EDIT: So the lock button didn’t work with a replacement cable and didn’t work with a another motherboard either....

Since I was already going into the computer’s internals to do that, I figured I’d also replace its original “Replace Soon” battery. I ordered the new screen, battery, as well as an extensive iFixit toolkit off of amazon, and all the parts arrived yesterday....
Chosen Solution I also have a Red Screen error on boot. It occured after a firmware update to 3.55. I assumed it was due to a defective blu ray board. So… Replaced the drive and board. Then Re-Married the boards by downgrading to 3.15. Whilst still in safe mode i was getting FW updates succesful but booting to RSOD. Very odd i thought. So i zeroed out my HDD and used recovery mode to attempt to fix HDD....

Chosen Solution I cracked the glass on my S8 edge forever ago…it was pretty bad but it was tolerable I could still see everything…it got dropped or fell a few more time, the last time this happend it got a much deeper crack and the screen doesnt work. 75% of the screen is white and I can’t see anything for the most part however the screen still responds to my touch....
Chosen Solution please every week show in my phone window it say .. android stopped a core . please what is this or what im doing Instead of you app doing the stop working thing its forcing one of your cores to shut down . so you need to figure out which one of your apps is causing the problem and get rid of it. you can try this Settings>Applications>System Applications>Contacts Sync Adapter and press Clear Data, this error usually goes away....
