Download and install Samsung Smart Switch to your computer. It will automatically detect your phone and any software updates available. How much will the performance increase or doesnt it really matter, because the processor will then slow it down? Which companys should I buy the SSD’s from? Do I have to look out for something in particular? T42’s don’t have a sata interface so an SSD upgrade would only be possible with a narrow bunch of fairly slow and expensive models that don’t stack up compared to their sata counterparts....

Most Magellan units have a “reset” pinhole somewhere either on the side or the bottom edge of the device.. Try inserting a pin into the hole and check if you feel a pushbutton when you gently press down. If you do, hold it operated for a few seconds and then release and then check if the device has been reset and is functioning correctly....

Yes there are two mics. The primary one would be at the bottom of the phone while the secondary one is at the top of the phone. Chosen Solution My daugter’s iBook dc-in burned out. The comp was working fine if we used batteries charged in our other 12" iBooks. I replaced the dc-in board. The battery now will charge but the computer is messed up. I can feel clicking etc. under the rear quadrant on the usb input side. The fan came on fairly loudly once. The computer keeps saying it needs to be restarted by holding the power switch several seconds....
Chosen Solution i just picked up an A1369 EMC2469 mba13. somebody had completely removed the LCD from the lid. i have another identical machine (down to storage, ram, and cpu) that i’ve pulled the lid from. it’s a known good screen. when installed in the macbook in question, the LCD behaves correctly but without backlight. i have no idea what the condition of the mba was before, i had only tested with external monitor (all tests ok)....
