Chosen Solution Hello, I had an iPhone 6 in a pretty bad cosmetically condition, and have decided to swap the housing. After the reassembly everything is still working, except the internet connection when sing mobile data. And the problem only appears when inside a building. iPhone shows 3G but nothing loads, however it does when connected to wifi. The signal also seems to be weak and I sometimes even lose it for a short amount of time....

Chosen Solution My elderly dad and step-mom have a nice refrigerator/freezer which hasn’t worked well for the past few years. It’s always the same problem. The refrigerator is fine but the freezer will occasionally quit freezing resulting in items spoiling by the time they realize it. After it’s emptied out and cleaned, it still doesn’t work. They call in a repair person and it usually starts working but they’ve never been able to convey to me what was wrong....

Chosen Solution I have an nextbook ares 8, and one day it quit working all together. the screen will light up but wont show anything. the logo wont even come on. Use Recovery Mode to wipe cache. If that doesn’t work, it’s likely defective.

Chosen Solution I have added a further 4mb ram to my Dell Inspiron N5110 laptop and have upgraded the bios to the latest version (from A09 to A11) but the bios and 64 bit win 7 is still only picking up the 4mb ram in slot 1. I have even swapped the memory round and it still only detects slot 1. Anyone have any ideas who to solve this issue ?...

Chosen Solution 2001 Range Rover P38 Fast or slow speed, rear off side wheel wobbles ! Tyre place checked wheel and tyre, balanced it again to no avail. Refitted and still wobbles ! @robinvanboxel check the wheel bearing as well as the hub. Check to make sure that your half shaft assembly is not worn out or bend or has a worn bearing. You also want to check all the bushings of your Panhard rod and radius arms....

Chosen Solution I replaces the volume and power flex cables but the phone wont turn on. During the process of the replacement i removed the battery which i was kinda harsh on. Would this be a new battery problem or logic board problem? Being “harsh” on a battery removal could have caused some pry damage; tiny surface mount components that are ripped off the logic board. Some of them are so tiny (see image below, look at the smallest component for scale) you’d be hard-pressed to see them unless you were specifically looking for them....

Chosen Solution while working on my Powerbook, the screen sometimes fades into a black screen. The computer still functions, but has no usable screen. Most times while pressing down gently on the right side of the palm rest, the screen will come back as long as i am pressing the right side. If i let go, the screen goes back to black. I also have had success sort of twisting and putting pressure on the left side whrere the screen hinge is....

Chosen Solution A bit of a long story. Last fall i had my screen replaced on my iPhone 7 by apple. Shortly after i cracked it, then i think some water got inside, and the mic/ear piece started working intermittently. I replaced the screen, mic, ear piece, and any ribbons associated (its been awhile since i did the repair) and now sometimes the phone would start, sometimes it would boot loop apple logo....

Chosen Solution Sir which one is backslash key in haier y11 laptop? Hi @hussnain , What is the model number of your laptop? Have any liquids been spilled on the keyboard at all? Try using a USB keyboard plugged into the laptop and check if it works OK. If it does, then most probably you’ll have to replace the laptop’s keyboard. When trying to fix a keyboard you can create more problems than what you had originally....

Chosen Solution I have a mini that all of a sudden stopped working. Pressing the power switch doesn’t do anything. Replaced the power supply (through iFixit) but nothing changed. Is there a way to override the power switch so the mini will start or any other clues? Hi! Also put back the metal pin ? As shown in Step 26 (replace Power Supply Guide). And did you relaced the AC in connector as well ?...

Chosen Solution It tries to start windows normally but goes right back to start up page I tried starting it every way it shows @zachman9807 sounds like a software issue and not a hardware related problem. I’d try a reinstall of the OS after booting in safe mode and checking for any devices etc. that might be causing an issue.

Chosen Solution The battery cover on Apple aluminum Wireless Keyboard is stuck? Any suggestions on how to open it?
