Chosen Solution My iPhone 5s fell out of my top pocket and the bottom back panel shattered. I am able to peal the rest of the glass off. My question is if I have to disassemble the iPhone or can I just stick on a new panel i.e. Is there any support that the panel gets from the inside or is it just glued on? Chosen Solution I recently replaced the screen and the rear housing on my iPhone 6 Plus. The Logic board, battery, home button & speaker are original, the rest has been replaced. There seems to be a few bugs in it so I am trying to do a fresh install of iOS to see if it’s software or hardware related, but keep getting error 2005 (USB connection error). I am able to connect it to my PC (windows 7) and make a back up through iTunes, but can’t seem to restore as new....
Chosen Solution My HE3 dryer wouldn’t start this morning. I jumped the wires on the thermal fuse, and it started right up, so I got a new fuse, but it still won’t start. I jumped the wires again with the new fuse in place, and it started fine once again. Seems unlikely I would have gotten a bad fuse right out of the bag, but I can’t think of any other cause - what am I missing?...

Unfortunately after i turned it out to try it before putting all the screws and everything back. The screen is not working at all not even with the old cable. Mac is turning on I can heard. Chosen Solution I have bought iFixit battery replacement for my iPhone 7 Plus and I have replace it without any problems. But still battery life is miserable (~one day of usage). I restored from dfu etc. Tried calibrating twice. Did I miss something? Several things can cause Battery Drain issues. You will need to isolate some variables in order to get a better understanding of what is wrong. The problem could be a bad replacement battery, excessive current draw from on of the modular components (camera, button, screen) or it could be a problem on the logic board itself....
Chosen Solution I dropped the phone and now the slider will not open past the first screen—it didnt break anything just wont work Most likely digitizer. Digitizer in the screens on the 5c are extremely fragile. New screen will most likely fix this. Even if there’s no physical damage probably just the screen.
Chosen Solution I decided replace lightning ports. Because old lightning ports f**ked up. But, that isn’t problem. Problem is Taptic Engine rounded screws are damaged, so i can’t remove Taptic Engine. Also, can’t replace Lightning port. Maybe I’m dumb - using cheep, crappy screwdrivers. So, anyway, That screws are damaged, I can’t replace parts anymore. :-( Poor quality screwdrivers can damage the screws. You could look at the iFixit Store to find decent quality screwdrivers....
Chosen Solution now my phone wont charge no cords make contact inside the port Probably the metal part of the lightning plug (probably an aftermarket one) got stuck inside the lightning port of the phone. I use fine tweezers to get these out carefully.
