Chosen Solution samsung ue40k5600 tv I have checked the tcon and I have noticed that this ribbon when touched will make my screen work again but will turn black again once I stop touching it. I have included a photo. If anyone knows what these chips and banners are at the bottom please let me know, it’ll be much appreciated. Chosen Solution I just performed a screen replacement following an Ifixit guide and using the Ifixit replacement screen. I took my time and Everything went smoothly. When I powered it on the problem is the top 15% of the screen doesn’t register any touch input. Everything else works as intended. I took it back apart and plugged the broken screen back in and the touch still works everywhere on the broken screen leading me to believe it’s a problem with the replacement screen and not something broken on the motherboard during replacement....

I have the door separated and after slightly bending the 5 top clips back it still won’t budge. Any help would be appreciated! the side with the five clips is not the side the control panel is released from…the control panel together with the facia plate is released from the door by undoing the 3 torx 20 screws in the handle (top of recess)....

Step 12 says to make sure the frame comes with the screen, but I believe mine is stuck. Since the screen is partially attached to the frame, I need to get this frame out. How can I do this? Chosen Solution So I bought some new better quality thermal paste and was planning to clean the old stuff off and replace it (heard a rumour that better quality paste would help increase the consoles life span and battery life in terms of holding a charge as high heat can reduce this) I had also removed the back metal plate previously and saw a post somewhere that said I should have applied it then so as to remove the risk of bubbles forming in the paste....
Chosen Solution Power Button on SE no longer functional. I was able to turn off Using Settings/ Accessibility/ Assistive Touch but when i press Power Button to try and power it back up it just goes into a Loop with the Apple screen going on and Off and never boots up. I think the frame is slightly bent around the power button. If your lucky, it could just be the power button flex....

What I have done: I extracted the control board from the washing machine. See photo of the board. Chosen Solution So I found a 2015 i7 16gb ram 1.5 gb vram, 512gb ssd for 660 but there is a major issue, the connector for the keyboard is torn off would it be possible to just get some solder infused in flux and put it on and solder the connector directly without replacing it. Thanks I realize that this isn’t the right way to fix it, I’m just wondering if it would be a usable option since I can’t find a place to buy the connector Update (06/23/2020) So replacing the trackpad will also make the keyboard work again?...

It’s very odd, I can get either the R or L speaker to work on either the A or B speaker set but not R&L at the same time. A possible clue??…neither speaker works if both the A & B speaker buttons are pressed (on position). I’ve switched speakers, wires, etc around but the same result....

Problem: When moving SSD from one bay (main bay or optical drive bay) to the other, it would perform very slowly. The SSD seems to work fine in whichever bay the SSD was in when it was originally installed (whether the main bay or the optical drive bay)....
Chosen Solution I bought an iPhone 6 on eBay that was listed with a charge problem. You can see the ‘red bar’ charging screen with the black background when it’s on charge, but it doesn’t go the Apple logo. I read online to heat it a bit awhile charging to get it past the charging screen, so I put in on a radiator for a minute and it went to the Apple logo and started charging to 100%....
