Chosen Solution I got an iPhone SE LCD Screen and Digitizer Full Assembly from iFixit, and I have replaced the display on my iPhone SE, and the display looks nice, but the touch digitizer is pretty unusable. Tapping is not reliable (typing is almost impossible), and gestures such as swipe or pinch to zoom are very difficult too. I have done a hard reset (a DFU Restore), just to be sure it wasn’t a software or firmware issue, and then I’ve taken the part off and re-seated the connections a few times, but it hasn’t solved the issue....

Chosen Solution This one is a head scratcher. Installed 2TB 2.5” SSD, Installed Big Sur. Created New Test User. Safari runs fine. Migrated a user in and Safari crashes. The problem that has me scratching my head is that it crashes in Safe Mode. If I switch to the new user, i have no issues. Any ideas on where to look? Chosen Solution Hello, I have thi DP50747-03 found open fuse and shorted diode in power supply. Replaced them but still will not come on suspect U8301 but cannot find the part, identification on iut is 80382 MR4030. Would anyone have this part? or the service manual I would like to repai the board before replacing it. Chosen Solution I dropped my computer and the hinge is not working right. I can close the laptop if I put enough force but the display does not line up correctly with the base of the computer. Also, I can put it in tablet mode, if I put enough force, but again the display does not line up correctly with the base. So I just keep the computer open. However, the issue was still there when I remembered someone saying they needed a donor camera to fix theirs. I didn’t want it even for parts due to the issue it has (bad aperture assembly, part is NLA but has what they need). Chosen Solution I have an iPhone 6s plus 16GB and I upgraded the storage to 128GB. After that Siri doesn’t work properly. Tried to setup ‘Hey Siri‘ but it doesn’t understand me. How can I solve this? Chosen Solution Earlier this morning my screwdriver slipped when screwing in the top left screw ( for the plate that holds all the display/digitizer/home button cables). I see no physical damage, but the phone has been in an bootloop ever scince. Even with the old screen. It slipped over the chips on the left of that nut. Any possible fixes? Does anyone have a source for the adhesive tape that goes under the cover and under the rubber feet. If no source, is there a viable substitute? Hi Dave I usually use a screen replacement adhesive strip similiar to the one here. Cut to fit. If you need more than just adhesive and have to replace the rubber feet, you can get replacements with adhesive already applied from Gecky Feet....

Chosen Solution Hello, I have problem with iphone 6s plus. My rear camera shows green pixels even after replacing and even after restore via itunes. As you can see it is visible after taking a photo. Any advice? Thanks in advance. Does this only affect the rear camera and are the green blocks always in the same place? Ideally, you need to try a known-good replacement camera but if that doesn’t work, then the problem is on the logic board and considering the type of issue, it may very well reside with the communications lines or possibly even at the CPU level....

Chosen Solution Motor has 250,000 + miles and is emitting smoke at idle. Is there a way to clean the injectors or do they need to be replaced? mayer, I’ve never had much luck with cleaning injectors. I would suggest to either rebuild or replace. Rebuild kits are available at places like this. They also have a decent video on here. Hate to say it, tried it all.
