Chosen Solution I replaced the cellular antenna in my iphone 4, before i dissembled the device everything worked completely fine, after reassembly the screen wont light up, i can hear sounds but there is no picture. Reset, hold both home and power buttons for about 10 seconds until the iPhone begins to restart. If still nothing. Check that the front screen connectors are perfectly pressed down into place on the logic board, especially the LCD Display connector....

Compatible? or rather, what screen is compatible with my PowerBook G4 17 “A1107? thank Almost all of the 17” PowerBook G4 displays use the same 1440x900 panel. The obvious exception is the Hi-Res display. The hinges and connectors are all the same.

Chosen Solution So my screen wasn’t working so I was using an external monitor which was a pain. I replaced the entire screen and hooked everything up. Once hooked up, screen was black. Shined a flashlight behind and there is no backlight. I could see what was supposed to be on the screen. However, external monitor doesn’t work now. Replaced with old screen and external monitor still doesn’t work. Anyone have any suggestions?...

Chosen Solution Hey folks, I have a early 2015 macbook pro. I got it from my aunt she doesn’t want it. It has screen issues with rainbow vertical and horizontal lines and the bottom display is completely gone. How much will it run me to get a new screen? I don’t have applecare or warranty on this unit. Any help and suggestions are appreciated. First I’d try plugging it to an external monitor/Tv to make sure it’s just a screen issue....

Chosen Solution The phone works as phone and will work data if on wifi but just with phone internet it will not work. Hi, Check that the Mobile Network data setting option has been enabled. Chosen Solution Hi all, I own an early 2011 MacBook Pro that has begun to slow down to the point where its basically unusable. I recently updated my RAM to 8gb (which is the max) and have now decided to upgrade to an SSD (the current hard drive is a stock 500GB drive). I bought a Samsung 860 Evo and also bought a new SATA/Hard drive cable. I initially attempted to clone the SSD using disk utility, but that failed after it was about 25% done and read “Could not restore- Input/Output error”....

Chosen Solution Is it better to get the LCD/Touchscreen as one component or buy them as two different pieces? The reason I ask is because you can buy them cheaper as two different pieces. I’ve always bought them glued together but is the installation any more difficult then just installing them as one part? Thanks. No it’s not much more difficult. The only thing you need to do more is add an adhesive between them or some double sided tape for touch screens....

Chosen Solution The buttons on the tablet will not work properly. For example, the buttons get stuck after being clicked. If the tablet has been in contact with water or any other sticky liquid, the buttons may stick when pressed. the best way to resolve this issue would be to tear the device apart using the preliminary guide. wipe down the buttons with 90% isopropyl alcohol and let them dry for 24-48 hours....

Chosen Solution My tower just randomly restarts or shuts down. I took it to a certified Apple repair and they said nothing was wrong with it, however the problem persists. I did have them professionally clean the inside because I noticed the fan would come on stay on after a certain point. It’s also well ventilated. If I do not use the computer for days, it will work fine for a while....

Chosen Solution I recently buy a replacement from here and the battery condition its “poor” on coconut battery and the condition in task its “replace now” *i do the reset PRAM… and nothing change I have bought new Mac batteries before which simply did not work. With mass production batteries a dud can happen. See if ifixit will replace it, as it obviously does not hold charge….

Chosen Solution The in-dash radio/CD player has and intermittent problem and the load/eject mechanism is hung up. The car is a 2007 Ford Escape. The bezel has four holes that appear to be for access or removal of the bezel. There are no screws visible when I looked in the holes. I used a long thin, straight blade screw driver and reached deep in the holes and found no screws. However, I could feel something like a spring loaded mechanism , that did not release the radio or the bezel....

Chosen Solution Hi and sorry for my second post today :) So while I was trying to take of the glass from my MacBook Pro, the heat gun melted the rubber around the screen. Chosen Solution I recently replaced my motherboard with another unlocked one when my cellular service was not working. This fixed my cellular service issue thinking the etiology was a broken solder ball somewhere. Aside from the obvious Face ID not working I am also unable to get my Apple Wallet to add any cards to include my Apple Card.
